We came to Modern Design and Remodeling after a negative experience with another contractor who stole our money and left our kitchen in shambles. I was very cautious, but Krystal and Israel were patient and understanding. We needed our kitchen countertops and backsplash done. Communication was very easy with both Krystal and Israel, just a text away and were very responsive. The job was complete within three days!!!! I couldn’t believe it and it looks amazing! I am so happy with Modern Design and remodeling! They take pride in their work and it shows!!! I will rate them a 5 on every platform I can! Modern Design and Remodeling has my buisness for any future projects!

We visited and hired Modern Designs to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom and we love the results. Working with Leslie is super easy and she really knows how to combine your taste with what’s new, while integrating what you currently have. Leslie has great taste and provides design ideas without being pushy! She wants to make sure you love the design plan. Her installers are wonderful! The quality, attention to detail and supervision is amazing. They even cleaned up everyday before leaving for the day! The installion guys are really profesional and clean. The price is very fair and the results amazing! It’s so hard to find honest, reliable and considerate people these days that I just have to recommend them! If you have big expectations go and visit Modern Designs.

Leslie and her group, Jonathan and the crew, did a fabulous job on our upstairs remodeling. From picking out materials, helping with the design to actual construction was great. They communicated very well and got the job done quickly and quality was well done. We highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Modern Design. The team there is very professional and the quality of their work was exceptional. They treated us like we were part of their family. Leslie (head designer) was very patient with us and helped our vision for a full home remodel come to life, and Jonathan was one of the best project managers we have ever worked with before. We will definitely be using them again in the future. I would highly recommend Modern Design for any projects you need completed around your house.

We did a whole-home remodel with Modern Design and Remodeling in the fall of 2022. Bottom line is that if we had to do this again tomorrow, we’re not calling anyone else. They were great to work with throughout the process. Leslie was so helpful picking out everything and the team was super-responsive. Nasser and Jonathan were here just about every day making sure everything was running smoothly. We were especially impressed with the plumber they used. He was extremely honest and saved us some future headaches, for sure. Our job was not an easy one, we lived in our house throughout and a lot of our furniture had to be moved around the house. When anything went wrong (not a knock on them at all, any time a job this size is done, things happen), they were on top of it and did whatever it took to make us happy. We’re very happy with how everything worked out, great job Modern Design team!!!

A super and dependable top-notch company that does BEAUTIFUL work; the results exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the final results of our complete home remodel. What a blessing to find a trustworthy, reliable, professional company to take care of your most significant investment as, Modern Designs and Remodeling. Leslie was so accommodating and knowledgeable on all aspects of the design process; she took the time to listen to my needs and presented several options for me to consider. Leslie always went beyond, even communicating on vacation and her days off, to ensure things were moving smoothly. Leslie came up with many design ideas I would have never thought of, and our home turned out BEAUTIFUL! Nasser is one of the best Project Managers EVER; he had an eye for detail and was quick to ensure our home was pristine. Nasser took time walking through our house to make sure the quality of work was on point and always readily available to address all my questions and concerns honestly and professionally. I indeed had the “DREAM TEAM” on my project. There are so many crews (Javi, Horacio, Pablo, Milton, etc.) to thank for pulling off such a beautiful masterpiece. I am looking forward to stage two, my Outdoor Oasis.
