X-Project Construction 4 months agoOleh and team are simply amazing. We had a fractured pipe so a lot of the sheet rock and cabinets had to come off. Another contractor indicated that the cabinets would have to be replaced. Oleh saved me a bunch of money by having the cabinets repaired! Also, they completed everything in record time! Will use again and highly recommend!

Matches our original tile, came out great. 2nd project – retile 2nd bath. Worked with us to keep costs down but still have aesthetically pleasing tile. Company was careful to contain dust. Completion of projects: sheet rock, paint, tile, etc. . . Look very good.

SE Construction Inc 4 years agoLooks like Elmer, Erasmo and Co have not received a google review so figured I’d fill in the void. Very solid company. They stand behind their quality. They did modern trim and cabinets in an extremely detail oriented modern house of mine. It is normally quite difficult-to-impossible to agree to details with any sub in this part of the country and have their crews actually carry it out. We did not have to supervise SE crews nearly as much as any other crews. These guys know what they’re doing. It is quite enough to speak to the field crew directly if Elmer is not around and you can rest assured they will get the details right. I also appreciated the honesty from both Elmer and Erasmo when they thought something is not going to work. They both showed critical thinking, which again, is not very common with subs these days.

MSD has consistently provided us with great quality at fair prices. Ralph is very helpful with providing his expert opinion and experience when designing and planning projects around our home. Highly recommend MSD for anyone planning to perform home improvement projects.

Morales Brothers Construction 3 months agoI was very happy with the service/quality of work they did on 3 separate projects at my house. Ronnie was always available if I had questions and the quality was above my expectations. I plan to use them again on future projects.
