Reliant did a complete kitchen remodel for me and they did an impressive job. As general contractor, they had to coordinate about a dozen sub-contractors and keep the project moving along while keeping an eye on quality of workmanship. Reliant did an impressive job with that, all while operating with the highest level of integrity that I never had to worry about. They were also pleasant to deal with, which makes the process less stressful. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I used Jim for basically my whole house remodeling about a year ago and he was PHENOMENAL. We had a lot of ground to cover and the entire job was done promptly and pristinely. The entire kitchen, master bathroom, hardwood floor refinishing and whole house paint. When everything was finished, I literally had my dream house. Jim was responsive and meticulously cared for details. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to transform their home.

I do not recommend ~ unbelievably expensive so you assume you will receive perfect service but you don’t. My project manager left nails showing through molding & asked if it was acceptable. The herringbone pattern in tile doesn’t align. Overall they shouldn’t charge high quality price for poor work.

We were referred to Jim Meystedt and his team at Reliant Construction Group in Nashville by our interior designer/space planner once she saw our late 1950’s ranch style home that was in desperate need of improved living space and a kitchen overhaul to today’s standards. Her confidence in and experience with Jim and his team’s quality work for projects especially like ours led us to not even question her recommendation. While a little voice was saying “it can’t be that easy to make this decision,” we were continually impressed throughout the project with Jim’s professionalism, thoroughness in project planning and communication, and quick response and solutions to any challenges. No question was too silly or obvious (I tried) when clarification was needed or when options were challenged. While there are always hiccups in remodels, our confidence never wavered in his honesty, abilities, expertise and concern for completing the job in not just the “surface” way, but in the right way so that what we ended up with would be ready for the home’s next 60 years if desired.
