I cannot recommend ReCraft highly enough for their exceptional work on our home addition. From start to finish (about 7 months), they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to to achieving an excellent outcome. The team at ReCraft is relatively small compared to some other firms in town, but paired with their skillsets and organization, we considered that an advantage. They proved to be incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process, genuinely listened to our vision, and maintained open lines of communication every step of the way. We lived and worked out of our home during construction, and ReCraft’s compassion, planning, and project management efforts helped mitigate any intrusion to our daily life to the best of anyone’s abilities; and we knocked down a whole wall on the back of the house! Their craftsmanship is truly outstanding; it’s evident that they take great pride in their work. The quality of their construction speaks volumes about their dedication and skill, and they take responsibility and hold any necessary subcontractors accountable for quality work as well. Working with ReCraft was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Mike and Ivy were professional, kind, and helped guide me to smart decisions without it ever feeling like they were pushing their agenda or plans. They consistently listened, provided insight and recommendations that fit my budget and long term goals for the house, while also maintaining the integrity of an older home. Throughout the process they were very patient as I went through a variety of plans before making a final decision. I am so happy with the decisions we landed on. Tim was professional, timely, conscientious, and kind. We had weekly meetings and he was consistently updating me throughout the week. Tim, Dean, and Brandon all have an incredible attention to detail that you hope every person who is working on your house maintains. And they always left my house clean. The project was even ahead of schedule. I highly recommend working with ReCraft!

Hired ReCraft to add a bedroom/bathroom suite in my historic home & I’m so glad I did. Working with owner Mike,’ lead carpenter Tim & designer Ivy was such a positive experience. Professional, on time & within budget. Being a FIR contractor was a bonus as it made the permit process timely & painless. Best experience I’ve ever had as a homeowner!

Phenomenal company and people! I get a somewhat unique perspective in that I get to see the other side of construction that most homeowners don’t get to see. I work at CFM in Clackamas, and ReCraft purchases different materials through us. How a company handles the actual process of a remodel speaks volumes about a company. Every one of the projects I have helped with have not only been very professionally handled and designed from the start, but also always well organized and the end product always turns out spectacular! I love working with their designer, Ivy, and every one of their crew are wonderful to talk to, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend them!
