A friend recommended NW Total Home for our master bathroom remodel and they have been a dream to work with!! I had 5 bids on the redesign, and NWTH was the only one whose designer (Elizabeth) called to talk to me to discuss ideas and concepts, and the only bid to come in complete with design draft. AND they were certainly not the highest bid. Elizabeth’s concept was different from the others and was by far the best use of available space. She is very experienced and has the vision I lacked. I found the whole process rather overwhelming but Elizabeth was patient, helpful and kind, guiding me where I needed it, making recommendations when I asked, taking my input, needs and concerns seriously, and responding in a timely manner. They have a nice showroom locally and I was able to go in and choose wall/floor tile and quartz countertop with Elizabeth’s expert guidance. That and the custom glass doors where ordered through NWTH, I chose and sourced all other product from HD or George Morlan. I had all product delivered before the project started so there were no hold-up’s once work started. NWTH uses primarily full time employees rather than contracting out all the different elements, so I always had just two points of contact for this project – Elizabeth on design and Danielle on the work schedule/requirements. Both were very responsive, issues/questions were dealt with in a fast and efficient manner, and the project was completed well within the estimated time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful local company for any home remodeling project – they truly surpassed my expectations.

I had to deal with Northwest Total Home as a supplier, when I was providing some custom waterjet work. They were always easy to coordinate with and a pleasure to deal with. They’ve got a nice showroom and seem to know their business very well.
