We hired Jake to complete our first-floor remodel. He was courteous and professional. His experience as a general contractor showed in the quality of his work. He worked well with the subcontractors, including the kitchen design team. Jake offered good solutions to problems and kept our project on budget and on schedule. We highly recommend him.

We received Jake’s name from the Olde Parsonage store where we purchased the materials for our Master Bathroom remodel/rejuvenation. It became apparent that Jake was the person for the job after he came to out home to discuss what we were looking for. Jake was very Professional in his work. One of the few Contractors we have worked with in the past that put down runners in our home to protect the flooring and carpet. We threw in a couple of requirements that we we would like taken care of (one last minute) which Jake took care of to our satisfaction. Would my Wife and I recommend him to others? Super Professional. Jake had ideas we never considered for our kitchen remodel that elevated our space. He is careful and precise at what he does so that he’s certain things are done right the first time. Jake and Alona are a great team that deliver what they promise. Even with all the supply chain delays currently in the world, they were great at planning out how best to balance the job with the availability of product. We highly recommend them to anyone with a project in their home.

McFrederick Design & Construction installed new tile floors and kitchen cabinets in a downtown apartment we are rehabbing and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out! Jake and Alona were extremely easy to work work, kept the schedule we agreed to and communicated the perfect amount. Working in the construction industry myself, that is not as common as you’d think it should be and I’d have no hesitation using them for future projects and/or recommending to others. Thanks again guys!
