Nate is the friendliest, most knowledgeable ccontractor I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly kind, thorough, and thoughtful. Couldn’t recommend him more. Awesome guy.

Nathan and his team has done several jobs for me over the years. Always they have done a great job. The most recent large job was to paint my house. Sometimes due to weather, the job needed to be delayed because it was outside work. But he always kept me up to date with when they could continue and he always communicated clearly . When the job was done it was great as usual. Anything that I thought should be done differently or what have you, was always handled professionally and completely. I’m Very happy with my choice to go with Braley home improvements With each of the jobs he’s done for me.

Nate has done a fantastic job renovating our basement. For starters, he was willing to deal with the fact that my condo is part of an HoA and all of the back and forth which that would entail. The actual work he has done is fantastic. He provided good advice on what would end up looking good in the basement and the finished product definitely shows that. In addition, he has a very good eye for detail in little things which would need to be taken care of, so I have confidence that the job he has done will continue to hold up for a long time. Lastly, although it was not in the contract at all, he was willing to take care of some small handyman projects around my home during downtime (i.e. waiting for inspections or for drywall/paint to dry) at a reasonable price. In short, if I do have further home renovations, I will absolutely be coming back to Nate and his crew, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to do home renovations.

Nathan is truly the best contractor I’ve ever used. I have had a nightmare dealing with NH & Mass contractors for years. Nate is the only person I will ever use again!! Honest, upfront, hard working, and extremely thorough! Can’t say enough about this company!

We hired Nathan to do a rather large project. He filled in our garage doors, backfilled the old driveway and added a new driveway. Put in a new bathroom, painted our kitchen and kitchen cabinets. Everything came out great. Better than expected. This was our 1st time hiring a contractor and we were nervous because of all the bad stories we have heard. We were so fortunate to have hired Nathan. The project took about 2 months and he kept us informed every day. Always honest and respectful and any work that he subbed out he supervised as if it was his own team doing the work. I look forward to hiring Nathan for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate referring him to anyone.

Nathan and Derek painted the exterior of our home and deck this summer. They were friendly, reliable, meticulous, and thorough! Our house and deck both needed a lot of work, replacement of siding and deck boards, and lots of scraping and sanding was involved. They took no shortcuts, sequenced the painting as requested (we are selling our house and needed the front done first), and made the whole project look amazing. It looks like a new house! You can count on Nathan and Derek to make your house look fantastic — and they are just the most wonderful people!

Nathaniel and Derek are amazing. I started looking for an experienced painter during the summer of 2017. We have a 2400sqft barn on our proerty that we had just bought. The barn needed some serious TLC. It hadn’t been touched in what appeared to be decades. There were a lot of weathered shakes, peeling lead paint and holes in the roof. Our insurance company threatened to cancel our insurance if we didn’t fix it. I had the project bid out and even tho Braley Home Renovations wasn’t the lowest price (still competitive) they were meticulous with what they said they would repair/paint. I knew they were the right company for the job despite the project lead time being further out than other contractors. Our time finally came and from day 1 they were professionals. Nathaniel went over the full scope of work with me again and got started. If they had to miss a day due to weather I was always notified. We didn’t love one of the colors we chose on the doors after it dried and asked if they wouldn’t mind fixing it. Nathaniel not only fixed it l, he found the color we really wanted. I have received many complinents since they left from neighbors and friends. People are shocked how different it looks. I can’t wait to have them back for another project. 5 stars in every way.
