First, a big thank you to Tom, Ken and Cheryl for making this happen! Our old deck looked terrible and was a little sketchy, we were considering repairing because we probably could have gotten a few more years out of the old one. After speaking with them, we decided to just do a complete rebuild because why band aid it over and over when you could just replace it and never have to worry about it again. And for us, it made most sense financially to just rebuild because those band aid fixes over time add up and leave you with something you’re not truly happy with anyway. Rodger took care of all permitting and deck design. We did change layout, stairs, etc a few times so thank you to him for putting up with all of our initial indecision! Our project manager, Becky, was thorough in all details and communication was clear and consistent. She came by on multiple occasions to check out the progress, make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy throughout the process. And finally, the guys that made the deck real life. Huge thanks to Aaron and Brandon for all their hard work and attention to detail. They kept the job site clean and worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Even down to the placement of the lights on the risers. They suggested a few things that we were having trouble picturing and guided us to what would look best on our deck. The team that Tom, Ken and Cheryl have put together is incredible and we’re so happy with how smooth the process was! Absolutely will refer to friends and family looking to get work done! Above & Beyond!!!! From the start to end this company is one of the best I’ve ever had. They are easy to communicate with and they think of everything. KEN & ROB made sure all 11 of my windows were exactly what I wanted. They made me aware of all options and gave me the time to decide. No pressure just great customer service, a great price, top notch warranty and very responsive as I asked many questions. Everything they said came true. The windows are gorgeous and the seals make my house so efficient. The finished look his install team did looked like they were never in my house. They cleaned up and made sure I knew all of the steps prior to doing anything. The professional look has left me and all of my friends and family that I show “Speachless-Wow”. I will definitely not hesitate to call them the next time I need help on a house project. They do everything but the roof 😊. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!!! This company has been absolutely great to work with. After considerable water damage, I needed a new kitchen. I was dreading this for several reasons, one of the main reasons being that I just haven’t had any positive experiences with remodeling work I’ve had done in the past. This company is a game changer! After meeting with Marc, I met Derek. Marc and Derek were both great. Derek told me that I was going to have a good experience and that I was going to be happy with the work. He said this so confidently, yet, I was kind of doubtful due to past experiences with other companies. While the wait list for work to be done was long, to me, that meant that this was a sought after company. For that reason, I waited. Am I glad I did! The work and craftsmanship shown by the whole crew was outstanding. Every person was professional, courteous, and friendly. As the work began, I recall walking into the kitchen and finding that the demolition was already done. I’m sure the stunned look on my face led the lead installer, Willie, to say, “we don’t mess around”. To this I say, you sure don’t! The care and attention to detail Willie puts into his work is incredible. This is not a company that just wants to slap some work together and get on to the next project. It was obvious that Willie takes pride in his work and this makes for a very happy customer. I have never been so pleased with a remodeling job! As work progressed, so did my confidence that this project was going to be done successfully. Being able to have this kind of confidence in the crew takes away a whole lot of stress and worry. This company and crew are top notch. You just can’t get any better than this. Thank you St Louis Design and Build! You are the best and I’m so grateful to have found you.

This company is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. I had a question that I needed answered and one of the owners responded within an hour. They spent almost a half an hour with me on the phone and answered all the questions i had. Absolutely went above and beyond what they needed to do. Its nice to know companies like theirs still exist and that they value personal interaction with their customers and are willing to spend the time to make sure all questions are answered! We recently had a composite deck installed by Stl Design and Build. The whole process was smooth from design to completion. Communication was provided throughout the project by Becky. Rob was very knowledgeable which helped land the perfect deck for our needs. We will be using them for future home projects.

We chose StL design & Build because the designer came out to our house multiple times sitting in the kitchen with us and figuring out how we would use the kitchen. Then our project Manager Tim came out multiple times and went over all the details, where we wanted outlets, crown molding style etc. our installation team was absolutely the best! Worked so hard and efficiently. They made every effort to ask us how we wanted something when there were options. I have referred them to 4 friends already. Our next project is going to be redoing the master bath. Based on our kitchen experience, we won’t even consider another company

We hired STL Design & Build to renovate our bathroom, and they did an amazing job! The whole team went above & beyond in all aspects of the job. Our project manager, Jake, was communicative and customer-focused throughout the entire process. The lead carpenter, Brian, did an especially outstanding job on the shower tile, and I appreciate his sharp attention to detail. Kirk, our finisher, laid the LVT flooring beautifully. All of his recommendations for finishing were spot-on—he has a great eye for design! Both Brian & Kirk are friendly, highly-skilled, and reliable. It was a pleasure having them in our home!
