Amir was our real estate agent when we were buying our first house. We hadn’t yet decided who we were going to work with when we met him and one thing he said immediately made up our minds: “I’m here to build a relationship”. This is exactly what happened when we called Amir again to build a bathroom in our basement. Amir was the first person we called. And to one’s surprise the price he gave us and his professional but warm attitude was more than enough to convince us to work with him again. He works with the best of the best from electricians to plumbers and the whole building process was incredibly smooth. I can’t recommend him enough!

Words cannot describe my gratitude for the quality job Amir did on my basement. In addition to the excellent craftmanship, Amir is an incredibly honest and professional person. He is very easy to work with and truly cares about his clients. I was a rescue case. Another contractor has taken all of my money and left the job unfinished. He never came back to finish the work. Amir, helped me throughout the process of permitting in order complete the job. He held my hand the hold way. Everything was documented. Every time something was uncovered a change order was written up. He kept track of every conversation and every text message. Oh, yeah. Available what seemed like 24/7. Happy, pleased, overjoyed are still not enough to describe how I feel. I was stuck over a year trying to get my previous contractor to finish my basement. Amir finished my basement on schedule in about 3 and half months. I have told all of friends! He is the most reliable contractor out there. There are horror stories of what contractors are doing. You can trust and count on Amir for any contracting job. He has become a dear friend.
