The team at John Heagy stand behind their work – long after the warranty has run out. I used them to remodel my kitchen 7+ years ago and Dan has never complained about me following up on things or asking for changes years later; his professionalism and courteousness are what we all hope for when we work with a company. The work that was completed has stood the test of time – they transformed my kitchen and all these years later, I still get compliments on the makeover.

John Heagy and his team remodeled my church restrooms. They were professional, courteous and completed the project in a timely manner. The supervisor on site was always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose during the project. Making the process unchallenging and hassle free. I was so pleased with all the work done. Had chimney fire and had to have new drywall, painting and flooring put in. All of the workers were so friendly and excellent workers. Everything was completed and cleaned. Would recommend John Heagy highly for anyone looking for any kind of restoration or construction or remodeling.

From the first phone call to the last piece of cabinetry put in place, our experience with a full kitchen remodel with John Heagy Remodeling was a great experience. everyone that worked on this remodel from estimate to appointment settings to install was so helpful and professional. we had some interesting and stressful challenges with this 100 yr old home but these folks were able to rise to the challenge and present creative solutions and keep me from stressing about whether or not it would all get done. It did get done and i could not be more thankful. We would highly recommend Heagy Remodeling to any of our family and friends who need any type of construction work done. matter of fact we may contact them for one more small project in the spring. Thank you John, Dan, Allison, Chuck and the whole rest of the crew for keeping me sane and giving me the kitchen of my dreams. Have a very Merry Christmas and may 2021 be better for us all.

WE HAD THE CABINETS REFACED IN OUR OFFICE CAFETERIA. FROM THE ESTIMATOR TO THE WORKERS, EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, ON-TIME, AND EXCELLENT! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULT THAT WE POSTED PICTURES ON OUR WEBSITE. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW KITCHEN!!! TOO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

They’ve received a lot of positive reviews, which is what led me to get a contract prepared. Everything was great up until the time of reviewing the terms, pre-signing. I saw their Terms and Conditions document expressly excluded from warranty “Repairs of any kind” and asked for simple clarification of their intent, wanting to make sure they would repair any damage to my home caused by their work. Mr. Heagy himself called to state “many high priced lawyers have looked at this over the years” so he was not going to provide any written clarification, but that it means they “wouldn’t repair my roof” for a cabinet job. I won’t even begin to explain the absurdity of that explanation within the scope of their contract. Regardless, “due to [my] concern with the verbiage of the contract,” the company rescinded their offer to perform the work. First of all, if any attorney actually wrote that provision, they should consider a career change for one of the most vague and ambiguous terms I’ve seen in a contract in years. Second, to so strictly avoid clarifying repair work leads me to suspect many people have been stiffed with having to find someone else to repair John Heagy’s damage. Otherwise, this would have been an extremely simply matter of explaining their intent and moving forward with a contract I was prepared to sign. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Warning: sign with this company at your own risk and hope nothing goes wrong; if it does, you’re likely to be in a long uphill fight with the company stating they won’t repair it.
