We had such high hopes after our first meeting with Don and Sherice, they presented themselves in a very professional manner and reiterated frequently that they want their customers to be satisfied. Unfortunately at the end of our project we felt defeated. Our plan for a custom shower was not an easy feat and we knew it would require a high quality contractor. We had a vision in mind that we discussed with Don and Sherice and agreed on. It wasn’t until after the shower was completed that the level of difficulty was discussed and that they may have been in over their heads. There were several scheduling miscommunications along the way. Due to conflicts in scheduling and unavailability of their ’tile and floor guys’, Don took on the responsibility of doing the work. This was appreciated as there were days I was working and nobody was home, and I felt confident and trusted Don to be there and he always tried to clean up after himself. Unfortunately, we felt a lot the work was subpar. We expressed our concerns with them to which they remedied some of the problems, however several of the issues would require tile and flooring to be completely redone. The lack of attention to the original detail left us apprehensive to continue to have them try to fix the problems. We paid several thousand for a custom shower so expected top-notch, high-quality work. At the end of the service, we requested an invoice for the work, and have followed up multiple times, but have yet to receive an invoice. My husband and I both work in the service industry, my husband owning his own business, and acknowledge and appreciate hard work and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we were not given that respect when working with One Stop Remodeling LLC.

We were completely amazed at the finished product of our bathroom! Our bathroom was so small and out of date. After our remodel our bathroom is our favorite room in the house. It’s like our own private spa. We are so pleased with the results of our bathroom that One Stop Remodeling is now going to remodel our kitchen. We highly recommend them for your remodeling needs!

When we decided to do a remodel of our kitchen and living area back in the fall. We had no idea where to turn. We got on Google and started searching . One Stop Remodeling had amazing reviews so we gave them a call. “WOW”, is all I can say!! When One Stop Remodeling salesman came out the first time to meet us and evaluate our home he was very attentive to our ideas and dreams for our home ! He had a lot of awesome ideas and was very encouraging ! We have been living in our home for a year and a half and love it and the location. Its a beautiful setting on Lake Wylie but it is a 1970’s home and needed some updating ! Mr Cooper suggested we keep an open eye as we went along for awesome possibilities! We weren’t thinking we could open up the home breaking down the big wall between the kitchen and the living area! My husband Steve suggested to Mr. Cooper an idea of wanting a small opening to the other room so I can see the TV” but One Stop Remodeling expanded my husband idea and vision into an opening to 12 feet wide that has been created not only opened the entire area but expanded our vision making it so beautiful! Ms.Wilder was the eyes of color for our home helping us make wise choices in color and a special flare of style ! We kept adding new things on that we thought would add more design to the house and they created even greater ideas and always willing to make it happen! We absolutely “LOVE”, the beautiful job they have done. We will definitely be using them for ALL our remodeling needs ! We have many more as it is a work in progress with our Lake House ! When we called One Stop Remodeling we were hoping for a great experience with our remodeling project which we got for sure. What we did not expect was a friendship that will last forever ! The most trusting , talented and amazing people for sure!! Thank you so much for making our vision into a reality!!!

Sherice and Don did excellent work in fixing and upgrading the Walls, Light fixtures, Fire Place, decorative walls in our house. They are genuine and they make sure you are happy with the work. Would count on them for any work in future. they are a great find.

We hired One Stop Remodeling LLC. to convert our garage into a master bedroom with windows and master bath extension along with window bench, recessed lights, carpet, paint walls, and custom build closet. We love everything that they have done and will recommend them to all our family and friends. And we are going to contact yall back to do our kitchen and deck. Thank y’all so much!

One Stop Remodeling installed a ceramic tile walk in shower and tile floor for our master bathroom. They did a great job! Don and Sherice are not satisfied until you are satisfied. They will offer advice concerning the project but are willing to do whatever you decide. I found them to be honest, professional, prompt, and very courteous. It is evident in their work that they enjoy what they are doing and want you to be happy with the outcome. They are very pleasant to work with and even follow up after completing the job. I thought the price was reasonable. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and also a friend who are considering remodeling projects. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects at our house.

I love the prices at this store! & They have the most interesting items for sale here! The employees seem to be friendly here, except for the owner doesn’t seem to be a people person he doesn’t socialize well with others. But other than that it’s a great store!

Recently had One Stop remodel 4 meeting rooms and 2 bathrooms. They did an excellent job and met all of our expectations. Will use them again on next project. Greg
