Josh did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. He responded quickly with a fair estimate. Once I agreed he was ready to start within a week. He was very responsive when I had questions. If an issue arose he communicated immediately. He finished within the timeline he gave me and each night he cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely use him for future renovations! 10 out of 10

When I moved to Nebraska, Essential Home Renovation, LLC and Joshuwa Buckles were recommended to me by our realtor. I am incredibly thankful to have made this relationship. Josh has always been reliable, enthusiastic, honest, forthright, and entirely professional. The biggest project he’s done for me is reconstructing the deck in my back yard. It’s a very large deck and he did a fantastic job with it. The new decking is perfectly laid and straight, and the entire structure has been repaired, releveled, and strengthened. During that project, he also fixed significant water damage where the deck meets the house and waterproofed all along that area. Over the years, he’s also done other work here and there on the house, including other waterproofing and general repair. I always trust his assessment of a project, his charges always seem more than fair, and I would recommend him to anyone for any project he’d want to take on or manage. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about him. Perhaps the best I can do is to say that he has thoroughly earned my trust throughout all the work he’s done for me.

Josh did most of the hands-on work for extensive remodeling of a studio with built-in cabinetry; he also rescued us by framing an addition when the builder was unable to complete the job. When it came to solving a unique roofing issue, he provided a roofer capable of addressing a complicated repair. He is a top notch professional with multiple skill sets. He’s reliable, timely, efficient and conscientious. I’ve built three, large homes in Omaha—My experience with Josh was the best when it comes to construction.

Josh is amazing. We had a pipe break while we were out of town that did major damage to our home on two levels. Josh not only did a lot of the work himself, but he served as our general contractor for the restoration; arranging and supervising various other professionals to come in and do painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, and hardwood floor and carpet installation, etc. He also negotiated with our insurance adjuster who was being extremely unreasonable. This was a major anxiety filled time for our family of six, and Josh made sure the things were done on time with as little disruption to our lives as possible. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of his work, and I would never hesitate to hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone!
