We started this project with great anticipation of what the finish results would look like and to our amazement it was better than expected. We replaced flooring in three rooms, completely redesigned the kitchen and main bathroom. We cannot say enough about Mike, Nathan and their entire design and build team. We loved their attention to detail from top to bottom. With any construction work there will always be hiccups but we can assure you they are not satisfied until you are completely satisfied and that is one of the main points that we love about this company. Their team is all about quality and it shows in the beautiful work that they perform. They treated our home with the utmost respect during their time here. We even recommend them to our friends before they finished the job with us. Special shout out to Jamie, Rich, Zach, Chop, Lonnie, Casey, Jeff, Paula, Mike and Miyagi. You ALL did a fantastic job. We have more remodeling projects and we will definitely be using them again

Whitis answered a big need for our family on a tight timeline by remodeling our basement so that my mom and dad could move in with us. We needed a wonky staircase rebuilt to solve a headroom issue – problem now solved and the finished result is beautiful; a bathroom gutted and redesigned to make better use of the space – now much more functional and luxurious; and an additional room finished – which is now lovely and makes the basement feel like an upscale apartment. From the first call, Mike was consistent and reliable. He always answered my questions thoroughly. The Whitis staff are all wonderful people and a joy to have walking through your door every day of the project. My parents are very happy in their new place, and I am thrilled to have a beautifully upgraded space for them and see them enjoy it.

Several years ago they finished more of our basement and did a wonderful job. This week they just finished installing a new trex deck to our walkout basement. Beautiful job, fair price, and loved the open communication.

Whitis did a complete bathroom renovation for us. They were top-notch. Every trade – electrical, plumbing, floor, tile, cabinets was very professional and did a superb job. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience. We remodeled three bathrooms, the kitchen, and some other odds and ends. We love the finished product. Throughout the process we had many questions and every time Mike answered them thoroughly in a timely manner. They say the satisfaction of the customer is their primary goal, and they displayed that with us the entire time. The project probably took a little longer than we would have originally thought, but some of that was the timing of the holidays. As in all construction projects there were a few minor things we had to “re-do”, but in each one they did so without any hesitancy. We had a few add-ons that we decided to do in the middle of the project, and not one time did they object or see it as a hassle. We loved Chop and Zach, two of their workers who went over-the-top to handle special requests from us. The entire Whitis Design-Build Team gets two thumbs up from us.

Whitis was great to work with and did an incredible job! Mike communicated each step of the process and made sure we were satisfied along the way. Even when we had to add things in or request changes last minute they were very accommodating to make sure our basement was exactly what we wanted. We had basement remodeled first, we were very pleased with finished product. Mike and Nathan were great to work with. Answered any questions we had. We then decided a month later to have bathroom remodel and again very pleased with our service and finished project. We highly recommend using the Whitis team.
