Paulina and the team at Renovation Refined did an absolutely phenomenal job on our kitchen remodel. This was our first time remodeling anything and she made the process seamless from start to finish, working within our budget and timeline. She was extremely easy to communicate with, fielding probably hundreds of texts and emails from me and answering my questions and keeping us up to date on all the kitchen progress. We didn’t have to deal with any subcontractors; Paulina handled it all from sourcing stone countertops to making the cabinets and helping us select tile flooring and appliances. Not to mention the design and layout of the kitchen! I cannot recommend this company enough. What a dream.

Paulina and her team were incredible to work with for our kitchen renovation – from the design, materials, attention to detail, timeframe, everything was seamless. Renovation Refined completed our project start to finish while we were out of town. We were so impressed with their professionalism and commitment to the project. We have full trust in Paulina and her team and plan to work with them again for other home renovations (two bathrooms). Would recommend 10/10!

We are thrilled with the floor to ceiling fireplace! The entire stone purchasing and fabrication process is a bit daunting, but Paulina was excellent from our first exchange. She brought a high level of professionalism and delivered on all of her promises in terms of quality and timeline. I would 100% recommend using them for another project – the picture speaks for itself and it looks even better in person.

We had a nightmare experience with our original contractor and Renovation Refined came in to save the day! They fixed a lot of the previous contractors mistakes, communicated clearly throughout the entire project, and even when there were challenges with some of the doors we ordered – they were patient and flexible with us. We can’t wait to do another project with Renovation Refined they are the BEST!

Absolutely loved my experience and pleased with my countertops! It is extremely stressful when you make a big purchase like countertops, and Paulina was the BEST. She is extremely patient and worked with me every step of the way to make sure that I had every question answered and felt good to proceed. I was referred by my Realtor to Paulina as someone who specializes in renovations in Condos. I applaud her for being one of the few GC young females in the industry and she sold me on her attentiveness to detail and overall care for aesthetics. It was a big project that she took on. Coordinating her subcontractors for entire unit floor replacement, popcorn ceiling removal, painting of all walls, bathroom and kitchen remodeling with total appliance replacement. She had to approve my designs for materials/fixtures/appliances to specs, coordinate for elevator scheduling, materials delivery (I didn’t help in the fact that I was out of town during the entire renovation and she was sweet to let me order all the materials to her shop and home), and overseeing many different types of tradesman’s work. She was very responsive on email or text which is particularly important when I was out of town. I trusted her with all my devices and the place turned out amazing. In the midst of the pandemic where supply chain issues are prevalent and she also had big personal projects on the side, she managed to turn my 1980 built condo into a beautiful modern sanctuary.

I hired Renovation Refined to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms. Paulina was very responsive from the time I first contacted her, to getting a quote and then throughout the project. She gave good advice during the design stage of the project and had contacts at some tile shops that were very helpful as well. The project finished within the expected timeline and for the quoted amount. The quality of work was good – they did a really nice job on the tile! Overall, I was very pleased and would work with this company again.

Paulina has now helped us with two major home renovations: our kitchen and bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. What I can say after both experiences is that Paulina and her team are very professional and quick to respond to messages or get back to you about your questions. Their quality of work is excellent and it is completed on time. We started our bathroom project during Covid quarantine and after sending Paulina photos of the tile we were using, she suggested a beautiful quartz for our tub surround/sink top. She even mailed a sample to our home. She also offered us money saving options such as the ability to use stone fragments, if we chose. Overall, I felt like Paulina took a personal interest in both our projects and genuinely did what she could to ensure we would love the end results, which we very much do! I would recommend her and her team to anyone.

Paulina and her team did an amazing job with our complete bathroom renovation! When we first reached out, Paulina was very responsive and quick to provide a comprehensive outline of the work and associated costs. She is great at listening to wants & needs, considering inspiration pictures, and then helping to edit those choices to make practical, cost-effective, and beautiful decisions. Paulina helped to pick out and source some of our materials saving us so much time and all the options she presented were exactly what I was looking for. She went out of her way to drop off multiple samples throughout the process and help guide decisions. One of her many strengths is her keen eye for design and style while balancing functionality and practicality. Throughout the process, Paulina was in constant communication via text, email, and/or in-person. It was so refreshing to go through a remodel with someone so consistently responsive! Paulina’s crew were respectful of our home, cleaned up each day, and did excellent work. Our project was completed within the initial timeline that was quoted and we are absolutely in love with the final outcome! Thank you!
