Stamey Contracting Services LLC 2 years agoMisquoted windows for my house. Installed the wrong ones after months of delays and lack of communication. Agreed to a refund which he never gave. Now won’t return my calls or texts. Don’t trust Patrick to get the job done right.

I can not rave enough about how great it was to work with Austin, Evan, Mac, Claudia, and our amazing project manager, Paul. McKinney Builders removed all the stress and reinstated my trust in the process of building a home. As a contractor, Austin was always available to communicate with and addressed my concerns or changes with such grace and commitment to provide the highest quality craft. Paul has spent countless months tending to our home like his own and meticulously organized the build despite numerous challenges and setbacks he always had an amazing demeanor and would always ensure I was happy throughout. I honestly could not articulate in words the gratitude I feel to the the whole team.

Lichty Building Group 6 days agoWe found Lichty personnel to be professional and courteous. We always knew when they were coming and what they were going to do. We have a 100 year old house, which presents a special set of challenges, as construction styles and techniques have changed substantially since it was built. Lichty’s people adapted to each surprise with good humor, which resulted in a job we are very happy with. No project goes perfectly, and we had small things that needed to be corrected. They took care of each detail again with good humor and an obvious desire to leave us happy and satisfied.
