Details Construction Group provided an amazing renovation for our home in Historic Lake Eola Heights. The customer service was top notch. I travel a ton for work and was away from the project for a majority of the time. The communication was so stellar though I felt as though I was right there the entire time. The work scope for our particular project changed a little during the process (most reno’s do to some degree) and we worked through the changes together without taking a hit in schedule. Not only was the customer service excellent, the work performed was flawless. The new kitchen and bathroom are breathtaking. The new opened walls in the living room make it feel like a brand new modern home while still preserving the historic charm of the house. We love it! I 100% recommend Details Construction group and will be coming back to them shortly for more projects around the property.

The team at Details Construction Group recently completed a remodel on our outdated 1980s kitchen, and they helped us update the layout from a dreary, closed-off space to an open and airy layout. Their design and construction teams helped us save on our budget by offering cost-effective solutions which let us spend more on other areas of our kitchen remodel. The cabinet design process was easy, and we loved the in-person experience in their showroom picking out our flooring and tile. I highly recommend Details Construction Group for any kitchen remodel or renovation project!

Flora and the whole Details crew did a better job than we could have ever dreamed of on our family kitchen. We had just purchased the home and demoing out walls seemed scary. They helped calm our nerves the whole way and now we get to make meals in a dream space! I can’t recommend them enough!

We finally hired an attorney and canceled our contract after our estimated 5 month home renovation turned into an 8 month nightmare. I think the final straw for me was when the owner stated that this project was her investment, too- an investment she visited approximately 5 times in 8 months. Details started off with a bang and demoed our house, and then the issues began- inspector showing up twice with no one from Details present, poor workmanship, lack of follow through, leaving different subs at our property with no supervision, leaving the property unlocked when they left for the day, having items delivered with no one there to accept them (thank goodness for my neighbor who called me), and a lot of platitudes, but no real resolutions. I was told if I wanted my things protected, I needed to cover them myself, after being told that everything would be covered by Details. We had a meeting with the owner after some of the tile work was sloppy and poorly done, and all I asked was that when it was fixed, someone from Details be present to supervise. No one was, and the tile work “fix” was done by the same sub, no supervision. We have since had to pay AGAIN for tile, tile repair and found our own tile person. At one point, they were scrambling to find a plumber, and I even called a few. Nails and ladders were in shower pans; demo and renovation are a messy business, but the mess and lack of care for our property was very disappointing- items not removed before texturing began, drywall being painted before being fixed and never being fixed after. I would never recommend this company. Two of the reviews on here that are 5 stars are people I worked with directly who work for the company. Please, check the County Clerk of Courts for Orange and Seminole county before hiring this company. I wish we had.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience on our kitchen remodel. Planning our new kitchen layout was a hassle but Details Construction Group worked with us to navigate several last minute design changes. We are in love with our brand new kitchen and our family and friends love it too. We can’t wait to celebrate! Thank you Details Construction Group!

I am a custom woodworker who build multiple pieces for Details Construction Group as a subcontractor. I worked side by side with their knowledgeable and talented designers for a custom dining table, bench, and floating vanity. They did a great job on the rest of the house and I’m glad I was able to have a few of my pieces in the home.
