Rosalind Demello from Novato Kitchen and Bath was extremely helpful and professional in the entire process of our kitchen remodel in November 2022. The cabinets are beautiful. We had numerous problems with the contractor who installed the cabinets and this was no fault of Rosalind. She offered to meet with the contractor to review the plans prior and during the project. When the install went bad, she was helpful in solving the issues to get the job completed. I would highly recommend Novato Kitchen and Bath for any remodel project.

We just finished up a kitchen remodel. At the outset our contractor suggested we use a kitchen planner that he has worked with in the past. We were hesitant at first based on previous experience with “planners”. Right off the bat we were impressed with Robin. She listened to our ideas and then offered some ideas of her own. Our kitchen is small and is also the hallway from the front of the house to the back. It was a tough space to work with. Robin came up with a couple of layouts, one was very good, and the other was awesome. There were a couple of tweaks that we worked out to send it over the top. Robin, the contractor and the tile guy all worked together to produce an amazing kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Robin. If you are looking for a REAL planner we feel you can do no better.

I am an “amateur” not a professional designer but I’ve successfully designed three bathrooms in the past. I had done my research for this latest one and just needed to order some bathroom fixtures. Before doing so, I wanted to go to a showroom that would have examples of products so I could double check what I “thought” I wanted from seeing things “on line” to the actual product in the showroom. I wanted to shop local so I headed to Novato Kitchen and Bath where a nice person greeted me at the entrance. However, I had not made an appointment so he wouldn’t let me in. He politely said they only had one designer at the moment and that person was with a client. Huh? I do not need a designer. This was not the kind of experience I had expected. I did not need to sit at a screen and talk over designs, look at fixtures on a screen, etc. Must have misunderstood their website! Onward. =(

Our experience with Rich was exactly what we had been searching for. We are remodeling 2 bathrooms, and after going to CTW, Home Depot, Tubz and a few other places we just happened to walk into Novato Kitchen and Bath. Rich was an excellent source of knowledge and expertise as he guided us in our selection of items and design concepts. He was an excellent communicator, friendly and attentive to our budget concerns.All products arrived as promised and are of excellent quality. We highly recommend Novato Kitchen and bath for kitchen and bath design .

Two years ago, I worked with Roz at Novato kitchens and baths on an extensive kitchen remodel and it came out beautiful. Her knowledge and attention to detail is spot on. She is also a very good listener. I have contacted Roz once again to help me with my master bath remodel and I can’t wait to see it through completion. I highly recommend Roz and Novato kitchens and baths!
