I have never been more satisfied with a contractor, ever. I questioned his 5 star review to his face. He made a believer out of me. He even noticed things like my outdated door knobs. He performed extra work for free-no nickel and diming you. I will definitely call him for other projects. Really, he’s the best. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

Michael has completed several jobs for me. Not only is work exceptional but his knowledge and respectfulness. He actually does qualify work you don’t always see that these days. I will definitely use Welch Renovations again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Michael does exceptional work. His estimates are accurate, he listens to what you desire and recommends what he would do if he finds it to be unsafe or a better functionality. He uses quality material and is meticulous while working. He gives estimated time frames for jobs and always has exceeded and excelled with anything he has done for us. I highly recommend him for any project you have little or small. You won’t be sorry.

Last year I received a recommendation from a friend to call Mike Welch for repair on my wooden deck. I called Mike and left a message regarding the work and the repairs I needed. Mike returned my call promptly and set up a time to come to my home and give me an estimate. I was so happy that Mike was at my home on the day and time that we had set up. The quality of his work is excellent and you can see that he takes personal pride in his work. There were some updates I was hoping to make and Mike worked with me to come up with solutions that now look amazing and are much more functional. A few months later I noticed a significant problem with some unnoticed rotting wood supporting a very large window. I called him and we set up a time, and again, he was there at the agreed upon time. He repaired the window beautifully and in a timely manner. If you are searching for dependable help with repairs or updates to your home, I highly recommend Mike Welch to help you come up with ideas, or help you solve problems and repair your home!

These guys are awesome and do GREAT work! Reasonably priced and.efficient. Very responsive and care about the work they do. Can handle any job..big or small..you will be pleased. Would and do recommend!
