We were extremely pleased with our bathroom and kitchen remodel project. This is from the design to the planning and to the execution. Things were done on time and the quality of the work was excellent. We have had other remodels done in the past and Kitsap Kitchen and Bath is my far the best

Called kitsap kitchen and bath multiple times and no one picked up. The Google page indicated that they were open until 5 o’clock so we drove an hour and a half down to see them. Three Employees standing outside smoking cigarettes and not willing to help us. Doors are locked while another three people are inside refusing to acknowledge that we’re standing outside. Called the company again and they finally picked up asking us to come back another day. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Absolutely embarrassing behavior from a business. Have the professionalism to step outside and have a conversation with your potential customers.

I am a person who prefers to shop locally rather than have a chain. Unfortunately the doors of this establishment are plastered with words like “maskholes“ and other screed-like hand scrawled “posters” that make me concerned about both judgment and professionalism. This is why polite people are raised to avoid discussions of politics and religion.

Natalie listened carefully to our wants and needs and designed a great master bath for us. Having Heather as our project manager was a godsend. She coordinated all of the subcontractors and made sure that all phases of our remodel were completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new bath from Kitsap Kitchen and Bath.

As they require appointments, I used their website to schedule a time and day to discuss my project. It has been four days and I’ve received no response. I assume that their design and installation skills exceed their substandard customer service skills. Regardless, I am looking elsewhere.

We went out of our way to go to Kitsap Kitchen and Bath because we wanted to redo our home with all Kohler products. We walked up to the door and saw the sign indicating that for them masks were a “personal choice.” We turned and left. Happy to take our money/business elsewhere. If personal and community health is important to you (as well as acknowledgment of state and federal mandates) this is not the business for you.

I visited with Lacy to discuss plans for my galley kitchen remodel. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and had great ideas for our project. I cannot wait to get started.

We won’t be using Kitsap Kitchen and Bath for our project. They demonstrated no interest in actually working with us. Be aware: the employees do not wear masks in the showroom.

From the moment we went to there showroom and hired them to remodel our kitchen to the finished product everything was done professionally and better than we imagined. We could not have been happier how it turned out, big shout out to Ryan our project lead in keeping us informed everyday of what was going to be done and what time. The attention to detail was tremendous and the construction workers, painters, tile, countertop installers and anyone else used in the project could not have been more professional. We highly recommend Kitsap Kitchen & Bath they made our dream Kitchen come to life!

Very expensive, no help with bathroom remodal
