We did a full kitchen remodel with them last summer. I am just getting around to writing a review, as we had to pay FOUR different contractors to fix the things their team messed up (plumbing, electric, gutter, installation of the hood). Not only was Reza and his team unprofessional in their customer service, communication, and suboptimal on all fronts related to our kitchen remodel…but, he also surprised us with thousands of dollars of add ons. Beware, Reza is a shady business man who hires unqualified people to do the work, sneaks in crazy fees, and has poor communication and service recovery skills. I don’t wish a remodel with them on my worst enemy.

This is our second project with Unique. After the first experience, I didn’t even get a quote from anyone else. I went straight to Unique. Reza and his team of workers are great. Reza listened to me, understood what I was trying to do, added his expertise and made it happen. Our most recent project was a master closet and bathroom update. It surpassed my expectations! His team of workers are excellent, reliable and Reza is responsive throughout the project – from beginning to end.

Unique team provided a great job renovating our newly bought house. The project included three bathrooms, entire house floor, kitchen, accessories and painting located in sammamish. They provided a cost estimate at the beginning and the project costed almost the same.

Unique team did a superb job in renovating my home. They provided their feedback along the way throughout the whole permit process to remove the structural wall in the kitchen. Once the permit was approved, the team was quickly scheduled in and they completed the job efficiently and neatly. Their quality of standards was high and they were very punctual.

Unique crew is very professional and high quality contractors. They are also extremely knowledgeable from a building material, technical and design perspective. There were many decisions that we didn’t have experience with, however they were extremely patient and helped us think through to find the most practical and esthetic solution.

Reza and his company Unique renovated my custom kitchen in our home in Redmond and it was done beautifully and professionally. I am very satisfied with the results of my kitchen renovation. Every time I have a home renovation, I always call them because you can trust them to complete their job well for a very reasonable price in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend them for any renovation.
