These guys came in and did the “water proofing” on my alcove shower they used damaged backboard, it doesn’t line up at all with previous installed backboard, the membrane was not removed they just put another one over it and put silicone everywhere creating a nightmare surface to tile over. They removed a part in my drain that was needed for install. Not to mention the bunched up membrane near the drain again not suitable for tile install. I would not recommend these guys.

It’s all one stop shop about good supplies for kitchen and bathroom; countertop, lvp, tile… You name it. A convenient store which contains many samples and custom designs for customers needed.

Kitchen & Bath Shop Newport News did an amazing job in our master bathroom by removing & replacing our standard fiberglass shower insert with porcelain tiles from floor-to-ceiling on the walls. They also replaced our flooring with luxury vinyl planks. Harun & his various work crews were very professional, showed up each day on time, and completed the entire project within the agreed upon timeline even after running into a couple of unforeseen obstacles. My wife & I are very happy with the final results. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Shop Newport News and would use them again, if we are faced with another major kitchen or bathroom project.

Kitchen and Bath Shop remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. It was a lot, but all was done in about five and a half weeks, ahead of the seven-week estimate. The results are amazing. Every time I walk into our master bath, I relax a little. The workers put in extra time and did a fantastic job.
