We have used Universal Services for several projects now. We have had our Kitchen, and bathroom remodeled in our home, as well as a kitchen and bathroom remodeled in a rental home. Universal has always been fair on price. The are trustworthy, as in they show up ready to work, when they say they will. We have been super happy with the work they have done. If there were any issues, we just mentioned the issue, and Universal has always been happy to work with us to remedy any situation.

Universal Services just finished installing new granite countertops in my home and they completely exceeded my expectations! Abdy and his sons did an outstanding job in helping me get this job completed MUCH faster than I ever expected! The granite is absolutely beautiful and the detail of the edging (I chose an ogee edge) and the special cut for the island I asked for really stands out and is the focal point of my kitchen. Abdy took a lot of time with us in showing us different pieces of granite and quartz he had in stock and was not pushy at all. He gave us plenty of time to browse the lot at our leisure. We came back a few times to look. We put a very small deposit down to hold on a granite slab that we liked, but he said if we came back and found another one we liked better, then we could easily transfer the deposit to the new one – no problem at all. Prior to cutting the granite, I met with Abdy and he showed me the layout of where they would cut the granite for each part of my counter. There was a naturally dark area in the granite that I didn’t want that ending up in the middle of my island so he cut that out for the sink area – it turned out perfect!! I called a few days later on a Friday to see when they thought they might be able to install it and they ended up being able to come the NEXT DAY to install everything! Now I will pick out a backsplash and have them install that next! Small, family owned businesses are the way to go!
