My house was built in the 60s and the cabinets were the original–doors had been replaced a few years ago, but the drawers and cabinet space was old. Kitchen saver replaced all the doors with a newer more modern design, replaced the old drawers with new drawers and installed pull out drawers under the counter tops. Such an improvement. The installers were very nice, on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Saver. Thank you, Kitchen Saver.

We had our cherry cabinets changed to white cabinets. Although I was nervous if this would be possible, I am happy to say that they look new. Although no project is perfect, Kitchen Savers was focused on us being 100% satisfied with their product and installation services.

We had some very outdated cabinets and drawers in our home that just needed to updated. Our installer Matt did a phenomenal job installing our cabinets and drawers. We were so impressed with his knowledge, highly recommend him to any of our friends. Also thank you to Brad and Jayne for all of there knowledge as well. We are so delighted with our new kitchen. It looks fabulous. The design specialist gave us great inspiring ideas. It is now modern and up-to-date. The crew was very professional, very neat, very organized and cleaned up at the end of each day. I give them a perfect rating and they are now at my friends house remodeling their kitchen!!

This is an edit to my previous review. Although I didn’t get the help initially from the staff on the phone, I did get help from the owner who was eager to make sure that all of my issues were addressed and remedied. Over several appointments all of the seams and rough surfaces were fixed. The door handles were straightened and the lights fixed. The owner definitely takes responsibility for his product and wants customers to be satisfied. Although we are pleased with the quality of the wooden cabinet drawers and doors, the installation quality is poor. The seams are done very poorly and there are visible gaps that they used colored putty to disguise. As other reviewers have stated, there are crooked door handles. They installed under cabinet LED strip lighting which now doesn’t work (it’s only been 18 months), and when I called to find out how to replace, they don’t even have a record of the products they used. I sent pictures and they are just clueless. The warranty is only 12 months, so if you have a problem you are out of luck. They used one type of lighting under one cabinet and a completely different type of lighting under the other. I called just to find out how to fix my lights and THEY JUST GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL THE ELECTRICIAN THEY USED, who used 2 different types of lights and transformers and no documentation. So I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is as true as ever. I believe in the process but this company did not do justice to the $65000 we paid. The other extremely odd requirement they have, is that when you schedule your sales visit, they insist that both homeowners be present. I’m an adult with a professional degree and my own business and I need my husband there to approve? WOW–BMW let me buy my own car but I can’t even discuss a sales call without my husband there

We scheduled an in home estimate the other week with Kitchen Saver to reface our kitchen cabinets. They insisted both my husband and I be present for the quote and that it would take 60-90 minutes. Our designer arrived on time and immediately sat down at our kitchen table to make small talk and proceed to give a very in depth history of the company. The salesman continued into an elaborate pitch that he was not a used car sales man and that he does not play games with the price, and the price he would give us would not change. However, he then immediately explained to us that the quote he would give us today would include a 10% discount and a free vacation, as long as we said yes immediately on the spot. My husband and I explained that this was the first quote we were pursuing and there was no chance we would say yes tonight. He seemed to ignore this point, and continued to explain to us how Kitchen Saver is the best company to do the job. At this point, he was already over 60 minutes into the 60-90 minute appointment and had not yet measured a single cabinet, nor had he brought in any sample colors/cabinets/hardware for us to review. Once we were over the 90 minute mark, I made the comment that it was getting quite late, which had no affect on him speeding up the process. He continued to read page by page through his ipad. After 2 hours, he finally went to his car to retrieve samples for us to look at. After having already spent 2 hours explaining that we wanted white cabinets, he proceeded to bring in anything but what we were looking for. He brought in green and just asked us to picture it in white. He continued to go back and forth to his car for several minutes at a time, to bring one different sample in at a time. At this point, I let our dog out in the front yard only to immediately smell marijuana from the area of his car at end of our driveway. I came inside, only for him to have just said that in the 2 minutes I had been outside, he had told my husband the quote range he came up with and that my husband could let me know what he had said. So in summary, he spent 2 and a half hours in my home, not leaving until after 9pm, on what should have been an hour to hour and a half quote consultation, only to not give us a quote, but rather a broad estimate, and tell it only to my husband when they had mandated that we both be there for the consultation! This was a colossal waste of time. We have since received other offers for the same work from other companies, all whom were able to deliver precise quotes without any annoying sales tactics, that were $5,000 – $10,000 cheaper than the range he gave us. Not to mention, all have a smaller lead time. And all other quotes were delivered to us in a timely manner as scheduled. Would not recommend this company. If they went an hour and a half over in a quote consultation, only to not even give us a quote, how could I possibly expect them to complete the work on time?!
