Wack General Contractor 2 years agoI have not had the blessing to work with Wack GC but I sure do wish I had because they are awesome! I was stuck on a job and reached out to a list of contractors who didn’t have the time and if they did, it would cost double (I have the quotes to prove it)! Then came in Wack. Although not able to work directly with me, they shared a key partner who was and through this referral, the job’s schedule was restored. Working through Wack GC and their close network made all the difference. Thank you Wack GC. I look forward to working together soon!

Virginia Kitchen and Bath – Fredericksburg 3 weeks agoOur bathroom was not it!! We called up Sedat. From the first conversation we knew he was going to make our perfect bathroom. He took his time and came up with the most beautiful idea. The crew that came every day were very respectful.polite and used their talents to make our dream come true! They showed up on time. Respected my home. Cleaned up every day and always had smiles on their face. From the price to the quality , we were/are blown away by the results. If you want quality and a amazing company go with Virginia Kitchen and Bath! We WILL be using them again very soon! Sedat and his team are amazing and very professional.

Steady Homes Design & Build 11 months agoThe work is beautiful- when he does it. We have paid 80% in cash for a job that is approximately 30% completed. The work was to be completed within 2 months. It is 3 1/2 months later. In July we got 10 hours worth of work, and 10 hours the whole month of June. At this speed one wonders if it will ever be completed. Myself, my husband and my sister call or text Eddie daily, without any response at all. His mailbox is generally full and his office also doesn’t return calls. It’s beyond frustrating as well as concerning. I can only presume that the massive payments we made up front to purchase an elevator- one of the 2 projects-was used to pay his crew to complete other jobs. He certainly hasn’t spent much time at our house. He did tell me some weeks back that he hadn’t replied sooner because he was on a cruise, and then celebrating his son’s college graduation. The jobs are well over 100k and we have very little work to show for it. We had many other furure jobs on this estate for him, as well: finishing an 1800 sq ft apartment and gutting and redoing 5 bathrooms. I would not recommend this company at all. I suspect Eddie is spread too thin and cannot juggle his office duties with his construction duties. He seems to operate like a paint and body shop- collect cash from customer # 1, then use that money for expenses while halting work on customer #1 while taking on customer #2, etc. In this way, he has money but the customers have a long wait with no work, and money lost. I think that’s what is happening here. He cannot finance his company and juggles his expenses like a paint and body shop. I would recommend prospective customers look elsewhere and avoid Steady Homes. SS Creative Concepts a month agoSteve is great! Him and his guys replaced some doors for us, and also installed a doggy door in our wall. The work is quality work and we really appriciate it. We will be calling when we are ready for more upgrading.

I just completed a comprehensive remodel of my kitchen and Southpoint Kitchen and Bath was amazing. Their price is fair and the work is exemplary. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Resurrection Builders a month agoSo far they’ve replaced our roof and it looks beautiful, and they got to it quick. Everyone ive had contact with has been very kind and always explained whats going on too which i love. Will update once the interior work is done.
