Our experience with Michael Nash was 5 Star.The design & construction team were a class act from start to completion. Thanks to Oliver Nazemian, the lead designer & our project manager who was always accessible & brought our project to completion. The team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the project. We are happily enjoying a new primary spa bathroom that is a haven of luxury! Thank you, Michael Nash! We hope to work with you again in the future.

We purchased a new single family home in Oakton & hired Michael Nash Company to do total remodeling in the entire home. I’m excited to share my positive experience with others. From start to finish, the team at Michael Nash Company was professional, communicative, and efficient. The design process was a breeze, as the team ( Oliver , Tony & Shawn ) listened carefully to our needs and preferences and presented us with several options that perfectly fit our vision. They were also able to make suggestions that I hadn’t considered before, which ultimately resulted in a more functional and beautiful end product. The construction process was equally impressive. The project took longer than expected but they communicated with us and we understood that they had a shortage of labor as they are not suing subcontractors. The finished product is simply stunning. Overall, I would highly recommend Michael Nash Company to anyone in need of a renovation. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly unmatched. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a beautiful space for us to enjoy for years to come! Special Thanks to Sonny for his support during this process.

My name is Marwa Elsiguiny, a well-known and highly followed food blogger with a substantial global audience, particularly in the United States, and a strong fan base in the state of Virginia where I currently reside. My followers eagerly anticipate the unveiling of my kitchen design, as they are keen on the tools, clothing, and decorations featured in my videos. To bring my unique style and vintage classic vibe to life in my kitchen, I enlisted the services of the reputable design company Michael Nash, working closely with CEO Me S. We signed a contract on April 2, 2023, with an agreed payment of around 120K. However, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of progress on my kitchen project. It is now mid-February 2024, and there has been no construction or extension work done on my kitchen, which is completely unacceptable. Not only has there been a significant delay in starting the project, but the kitchen designer, Mr. T., has made numerous errors in his calculations. From miscalculating spaces near the window to forgetting essential components for the refrigerator, the mistakes have been plentiful. Additionally, I was surprised to find an overlooked 8-foot space in the designs, which I had to personally redesign for a coffee corner. Communication with the company has been poor, with constant delays and changes to the project timeline. The sudden reduction in the planned extension size from 6 feet to 16 inches has had a major impact on the overall design and layout of the kitchen, causing further frustration and inconvenience. The lack of accountability and transparency from Michael Nash has been disappointing. Furthermore, the delays in completing the kitchen have affected my collaborations and promotions with international kitchen appliance companies, potentially leading to the cancellation of contracts and advertisements. Despite presenting the contracts and expressing my concerns to Michael Nash, there has been little to no effort from their end to address the issue. As we approach the one-year anniversary of signing the contract, the lack of progress and professionalism from Michael Nash is evident. The fact that the project has not even begun after a year is unacceptable and frustrating. Despite promises and assurances, the work on my kitchen has been chaotic and riddled with errors, causing further delays and complications. On June 17, 2024, I updated this review as it was the scheduled day for the delivery of my kitchen, which has yet to happen. Promises made by the company owner have not been kept, and the work has been slow and disorganized. Mistakes in measurements and delays in delivering essential components have only added to the frustration and disappointment. The delays have had personal consequences as well, as we were unable to travel to visit my sick father-in-law before his passing due to the kitchen project delays. Despite informing Michael Nash of our urgent need to travel, our situation was not taken seriously, highlighting the lack of empathy and professionalism from the company. On July 11,2024 , I felt disappointed, and this company’s lack of professionalism, honesty, and concern is apparent. No one can guess what happened today!!! On the very day I was expecting to start the kitchen installation and actual work, the company owner sent his nephew along with two workers to tell me that my kitchen cabinets order hasn’t been processed yet. Someone forgot to press the confirmation button,🤦🏻‍♀️ “ You must be kidding me!!” Knowing that the company owner had previously informed us that the kitchen cabinets were made and cost the company $50,000, how can he now tell us that the cabinets order hasn’t been placed? I also requested a confirmation email before starting the project to verify that the work on the kitchen cabinets had been completed. He sent me an email with this information, and of course, I discovered that it was all a lie. and now I have to wait another 3 months for the company to manufacture it, and an additional 2 months for the actual installation in the kitchen itself

Unfortunately 0 star is not an option. I have no idea how this company receives 4 stars. Working with this company since 2022. Our worse decision ever when it comes to contractors. The pain, stress & frustration is insurmountable. We are both disabled veterans & the stress of working with this company is causing additional health issues. If you suffer with any health conditions, they may be compounded working with this company. Please look elsewhere for a contractor. We asked several times before the foundation was poured to be released from the contract. Initial start was May 2023, moved to June 2023 with significant completion by December 2023. CEO Sonny promised the project would be completed in February. February 2024 came & went. It is now July 1, 2024 and there is a partial frame. Consider yourself warned.

Michael Nash did a 200k renovation on our home in Burke from 2017-2021. It included major renovations and reconfigurations of the master bath/bedroom and kitchen areas as well as a small addition which included a full bath. What has earned them high marks from me is 1) their wonderful technicians, 2) the” one stop shop”/fixed price format and 3) the outstanding follow-up customer service provided by Mike. The technicians who worked on our project were all highly skilled, efficient, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute joy to work with. They did great work and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We really appreciated the fixed price /“one stop shop” model which streamlined the design process and made it much less stressful. It allowed us to not only compare and contrast features and options by seeing them in the showroom but gave us wide flexibility without having to constantly restructure the budget. It also prevented any unpleasant financial surprises. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it is clear that Michael Nash stands behind its work as demonstrated by the outstanding follow-up customer service we’ve been afforded thanks to Mike. Even though our project was completed in the summer of 2021, when little things have needed repair or adjustment in the years since , Mike has sent out technicians to attend to the problems, no questions asked. He is kind and easy to work with. He listens carefully and respectfully to clients’ concerns and addresses them fully. It’s not done until the client is fully satisfied. That alone is worth 5 stars to me.

Sonny, Shawn and Mike have been taking care of our additions and remodeling process kindly and professionally from the exciting beginning to the happy ending. We felt grateful on the unforgettable journeys with Michael Nash. Special thanks for Mike for taking care of our job and finished that nicely. Michael nash fully remodeled My father’s house 10 years age in Mclean, then they did my sister’s house in great falls five years ago , now they are remodeling my house in Mclean , they are excellent, they are taking care of all my father’s requests after years, we are part of their big families, special thanks to Sonny who lead this company and shawn and Mike for all efforts for our satisfaction.
