From start to finish, we had an excellent experience working with Trifection on our kitchen refresh including the planning, execution and of course the result. We will enjoy our new kitchen for years to come. Trifection provides a turnkey service with all the required craft skills employed in house. This approach was attractive to us and we were not disappointed with the commitment, care and skill of the team, from carpentry to electrical. The cabinets, made in house, are of the highest quality. The entire team was fantastic to work with – professional, courteous and very responsive, always following through on whatever was promised. It’s clear Trifection employs not only skilled craftsmen but good people as well. We will most definitely consider Trifection for our future remodeling projects.

Update: Tri-Fection Kitchen and Bath helped us to convert our patio area into a living space as an extension of our home. In working with Jeff Roberts and the Tri-Fection team on previous projects, we know his company is focused on quality and has the experience to deal with a variety of construction methods. For example, they have even built a home for another client. When you contract with Jeff Roberts, his company has more depth, capabilities and experiences beyond just working on kitchens and bath areas. In our project, we had designed a pergola to be added to our patio living space. The project manager took our rough drawings and worked with a technical expert to update the design of the Pergola based on proper engineering of materials for span and strength. The final product is something that we know is built for the Houston area and will look good for the life of the structure. Even though this was a small project, we knew we wanted Jeff Roberts involved and the project would be built the right way and look good! Couldn’t have been happier with the project, outcome, or our working relationship with Jeff Roberts and the Tri-Fection team. Original review…We previously contracted with Jeff Roberts and TriFection Kitchen and Bath remodeling to redesign our kitchen area and family room living space. The result was a complete transformation of an area that desperately needed to become more functional. The TriFection team was professional, personable and very easy to engage in achieving the outcome we needed. Recently we remodeled our master bathroom and converted it from a 90’s design to a more conventional room with accessibility features. Without hesitation, we contacted Jeff Roberts again to bring in his TriFection team. TriFection approaches a project to address form, function, and fit in meeting the client’s needs. This was important for our project as we wanted to design subtle accessibility features into this area and have it appear like any other bathroom on initial appearance. It was also important to have this space fit into our home flow and decor as if it was always this way. With Jeff, his designers, our project manger and our suggestions, the project outcome exceeded our expectations. We can’t say enough about the TriFection team! Working closely with Jeff is an education on how home projects should be managed. Without a doubt, TriFection is the best builder of cabinetry that we have encountered. The build and finishes are durable and the finished product looks great. In fact, this was our 5th home we remodeled. We wish Jeff and his team had been involved in the first four homes we had but they were located in other states. Jeff Roberts is involved in the project beginning with his first visit. He listened to our “wants” and helped with suggestions to improve the living area. Throughout the project Jeff was dynamic in following the projects progress and overseeing that the project coordination and team communication was up to TriFection standards. When you hire Jeff Roberts and the Tri-Fection team, you are hiring professionals who are experienced and actually feel like a member of the family.

We received a recommendation from a former neighbor who also is a radio celebrity that has TriFection as a sponsor. We were not interested in a Chuck with a truck. I had no desire to do any of the work myself because this is not my area of expertise. We wanted full on, turnkey, top notch remodeling of our kitchen and master bath. As in, rip it all out to the studs and make our dreams come true. That is always going to be more expensive than trying to piece meal it. We got exactly what we wanted and then some. Literally, they turned our fuzzy visions into grand masterpieces. Our kitchen is a joy to be in and a joy to meet and entertain in. Our bathroom is over the top and just what we wanted. Everything was done by 100% accountable professionals and that made all the difference in the world. How much do we value that? We have engaged TriFection to do another bathroom (steam sauna on the way!) and to install new floors for the rest of the whole house. Yeah, we are very happy customers.

We contacted TriFection to discuss remodeling our kitchen after seeing the work TriFection had previously done on the kitchens of two of our neighbors. Our concern with undertaking a kitchen remodel was the amount of time we would be without a functioning kitchen. In addition to the quality of their work, an important factor in choosing TriFection is their policy not to commence the project until newly purchased appliances, plumbing fixtures, or other materials have arrived and are available for installation and this insures that construction can continue without downtime while waiting for delivery of such items. A Project Manager came by our house daily to check on the work and advise what work was scheduled for the next several days. The craftsmen were extremely professional, conscientious, courteous and always cleaned the work area at the end of the day. TriFection’s attention to detail and quality are very apparent in their work product. If we had a question, issue or a change order, such matters were promptly addressed to our complete satisfaction by TriFection’s personnel. Our kitchen remodel was concluded in a timely manner and our kitchen looks fantastic. We highly recommend TriFection and would use them again for future work on our home.

We had a major renovation that included removing a load bearing wall, kitchen redo, flooring, etc – basically redoing our whole kitchen / living / dining area. I got quotes from several different companies but it quickly became apparent that I could not trust any other company but Trifection to handle this complex renovation. From the beginning to the end, all of the Trifection team members were very skilled, professional and really good to work with. During the 3 months of work, everyone from demo folks, painters, carpenters, tiler, flooring and Project Mgr Mike – were excellent. Kudos to Jeff, Erica and Melanie for all the help and guidance they gave early in the process to make us comfortable with what we were about to embark on. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience for our first major home reno. I would definitely recommend Trifection to anyone who wants a quality, professional job. Thanks alot!!

Edited review after follow up call from a Trifection owner on 2/26: We had initial meeting with a Trifection sales rep on 12/18 and explained we wanted our kitchen remodeled (except for cabinets) and needed it done by end of April to mid-May. It took 55 days (got it on 2/10) to receive their quote/proposal. There were also some communication problems with their sales rep, so we decided to go in another direction. After hearing about our experiences with getting this quote, one of the owners, Jeff, kindly followed up with us to address these issues (which was appreciated), thus showing his genuine concern for his potential customers’ experiences with Trifection. We wish them well with their future endeavors.

Our two remodeling projects with Trifection enabled us to create a more comfortable living space, first, for our teen-aged daughters and us and, later, for just the two of us. Both times, someone from Trifection was here working virtually every day – often more than one “someone.” In the most recent renovation, we learned from team members about some problems we’d had that we weren’t even aware of (termite damage, under-sink leak in the kitchen, and electrical issues) and were able to have those repaired and updated. Master Painter Armando Marquez and Master Electrician Enrique Cabrera were so knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Designer Melanie Heinrich always had great design ideas. Project Manager Stuart Whitehair practically became “family.” If we remodel further, we will again call on Trifection.

Trifection remodeled our master bathroom. We were extremely satisfied with the results! The workmanship was exceptional and very professional. The work crew cleaned up daily before leaving the premises. I just love my bathroom! It is so beautiful!! I definitely will keep Trifection in mind for any future remodeling!

My wife & I bought our 2,100 sq. ft. home in 1986. Because the home had been built in the mid-1970s, it needed updating and modernizing. I had listened to Tom Tynan over the years and he regularly recommended TriFection for kitchens, baths, and general remodeling projects. I think I called them in early/mid 2013 to inquire about their services, etc. We first used TriFection for major bath projects in late 2013 and early 2014. In late 2016 we decided to do a significant remodeling project including replacing the entire kitchen, replacing carpeting with hardwood floors, rewiring and changing many light fixtures, painting, etc. We were fortunate to have the same project manager (Stuart Whitehair) that we had with the bath projects in 2013. We were and are still very pleased with their design, attention to detail, and actual construction. All of the people we dealt with were professionals in their individual areas of expertise. Those included cabinet design and work, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and granite, etc. There are three people that we spent the most time with. Those were Jeff Reina, Melanie Heinrich, and Stuart Whitehair. They were the key folks who ensured that we would be pleased with the finished product. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will not hesitate call TriFection the next time we have a remodeling project.

We used TriFection to remodel our kitchen. Everything was planned and executed with professionalism. There was always someone managing our project. Any issues were quickly resolved. We later had another contractor do a bathroom remodel for us and it became clear real fast we should have used TriFection! Awesome company and people in my opinion.
