The salesman was very patient and took his time with choices, what the process would be, and answered all of our questions. Within a few days another person arrived and measured everything and went over our choices again, explained how long it would be before the project began, and how long it would take to be completed. Dalton was the person who did the work and he was in contact and the communication was excellent. He did a remarkable job, did everything we expected, communicated everything to us, including pieces that needed to be replaced due to damage in shipment or mistakes at the factory, and worked non stop for two plus days to complete. While we are still waiting on one drawer knob and one cabinet facing to be corrected to match the others, we are indeed satisfied with the entire process. The difference this project made in our kitchen and therefor our house is amazing.

I got estimates from other companies on window replacement and their prices were extremely high. I called K&P and their price was reasonable. Very pleasant experience and the install was completed before what was originally expected!! Highly recommend them!

I was contacted by Mandy via text about a special offer. I responded that I was interested and twice we set up a phone call appointment. Both times I received multiple texts reminding me of the call including 10 minutes before the call. I responded to one or more of their texts indicating I was still expecting it. Both times they never called. This is a joke to waste people’s time like this. I wish them the best, but they need to wise up and treat customers better.

K & P Remodeling refaced our kitchen cabinets. They are in Home Depot. Dalton out of Louisville did our project and I cannot say enough good about him! He was conscious, polite and friendly, and did a superb job. We are so pleased. Thank you Dalton

John Kennedy did a great job on our kitchen. We had a combination of new cabinets and resurfacing done. John was a pleasure to have around for five days. It was like having a friend come over to do the work, and the work was done very well and efficiently!

I heard an inviting ad for K & P Kitchen Remodeling on Knoxville radio. I called, we met with the designer within a few days…loved the price with zero percent financing for 18 months!! Got our laser sized quartz counter top first, followed by cabinet resurfacing (3 day process with all new cabinet doors, handles and easy glide drawers), gorgeous! Very professional operation from start to finish!! Thanks!!
