Shadoe came to our home and showed us the product and gave us ideas. We were just getting started in a very large bathroom remodel and were trying to learn about the different options. He was very patient and if he didn’t know the answer he didn’t hesitate to call someone. We decided to go with a different product so can’t give details about the installation. He was ver patient with us and never pushy. He understood that we were researching what was the best option for us personally.

This review is for our Salesperson, Shadoe. He was polite and professional. He had no problem answering our questions and making our ideas become reality. He did not pressure us to make a decision. I will follow up with a review on installation when that happens.

I wanted to get an estimate for my elderly mother’s house she no longer lives in and I had to explain how even though I do not own the house, I am still in charge of the decisions, then the lady went further to patriarchally ask if there was a “mister”…and I decided to not work with them. I fully explained how I was the decision maker and the disrespect in initially talking to them to just get an estimate needs to be known. This is a company that does not respect women as decision makers. I talked to 3 other companies and they had no problem meeting me at the house for an estimate.

The first and most important are the gentlemen that installed my countertops and backsplash. Rob and Kevin were the absolute best people I have ever dealt with. They were so kind, respectful, on time and were so supportive and helpful and patient to answer all my questions about my new kitchen. They did such a wonderful job, I was so grateful and proud of how my kitchen looks. They worked so hard to get everything just right. They cleaned everything up and my kitchen looked just gorgeous. Your company is very fortunate to have someone like Rob and Kevin on your staff. I really wish they did other jobs also, I would love to have them do other jobs in my home. They were the best and I would only want them to do any work. After your salesman repeatedly lied to me, they were so kind to explain all and help me learn the truth from the lies your salesman told us. You really better hang on to these two wonderful men.

Our second work with Granite Transformations and we’re extremely happy with the results. The 2 installers are true craftsmen, and that’s very important for this type of work.
