Beware of cabinets to go? I love their product and spent over $60000 on their products. The problem came when I couldn’t fully open my built in fridge and bottom shelves won’t fully open. The fix they offered only covered the cost of replacement cabinets and wouldn’t guarantee it would fix the option. I would be left with the cost to cut the quartz they installed, reinstall it, reinstall backsplash, move electrical and plumbing. It was all caused by a failed design because the refrigerator was located against a wall. Even the install contractor that visited my home didn’t catch the problem. The designer was provided a full floor plan of the area in the beginning. The customer service rep was disrespectful and unwilling to make any changes that would solve the issue and reduce my out of pocket costs. I tried my best to work with the local store and main office to resolve but there was no give whatsoever. So beware! Poor customer service after the sale. Don’t review them until the job is done and all issues are resolved

Kandice was awesome! Extremely helpful and really took her time with us. She made sure we had all our bases covered. It was a joy working with her! UPDATE: Since this review was posted, I still do not have a kitchen. The cabinets are not finished, no countertops! After they sell you, they basically throw you away. I have had NOTHING but issues since. I can’t get a return telephone call from our salesperson (Kandice),I have to call back repeatedly when I do. I get lied to,not one time have they done what they’ve said, one cabinet was missing. It took two weeks to get the Cabinet and then three days for the installers to come back. Materials were not delivered two times and we didn’t have everything we needed. the countertops were measured and templated two weeks ago. I still have no response about the countertops. I was told a DocuSign was not signed, but I have the DocuSign showing it was completed and returned. I also confirmed it on the phone with Kandice. Right now I’m sitting with installers here without materials and I can’t get them to answer their telephone. The manager today told me that he was busy and he would have to take care of his customers first. Meanwhile, the girl Kandice that sold us the cabinets in the first place is out sick today. I am so disappointed and have never seen such unprofessionalism. I would not recommend Taylor’s Cabinets To Go to anyone.

Bought cabinets, kitchen sink, and faucet while building kitchen extension. Was told I would be able to exchange or get refund of items I purchased did not work for our kitchen. Months later my kitchen was finished and ready to install faucet which did not work due to a shelf above the sink and when I tried to return the faucet for exchange I was told it was outside of the 60 day return policy. So now I am stuck with a $300 faucet that I can not use and Cabinets to Go refuses to even exchange their product they sold me. Called customer service and they were of no help either.
