Not one complaint or regret about anything. Ethan our designer was super awesome. He brought our vision to life(actually better than what we thought). Our contractor Jack and his partner Bob was great! Jack kept us informed of the day by day details. He was very particular in his work and made sure everything was perfect. Both were very polite and treated our home like it was their home. You couldn’t tell they were there when they left(everything was very cleaned). John the plumber was great also. The process to get our dream bathroom was very easy.

Every single person we have interacted with at Patete has been wonderful; from working with the designer Taylor, to Wayne and every person who did work on our kitchen. Everyone is so friendly and just down to earth. All the workers were very pleasant and kind towards my young children who enjoyed watching them which isn’t a requirement but very much appreciated.They were all very clean and respectful. It’s been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Wow! I sure like my new kitchen! Keep in mind any major renovation is going to be a bit of an anxiety-inducing nightmare, but Patete made it as smooth and stress-free as possible on a total gut job. When there was a major mistake made at the cabinet factory, which wasn’t their fault, they took responsibility without any weirdness. My taste is a bit quirky and colorful and the designer helped me choose the perfect backsplash, flooring and wall paint to go with my main color, cabinet and counter top choices. A skilled and talented craftsman was rather awe-inspiring, and exceeded expectations when he also fixed the uneven floor. What was a dark, gloomy and annoying kitchen was transformed into a showcase with improved functionality. A third-party failed to deliver an art window, but Patete hasn’t abandoned me and will install when I have a replacement. Would definitely use Patete again. UPDATE 2023: Amazing. Just amazing. I did use Patete again, but for a bathroom. It is Functional Art. A showcase of Master-level skills, knowledge, Artisanship, care and focus. To be sure, you’ll need patience for a total gut and rebuild of this quality. The tile design by Kristen I chose required weeks of full time work by Tile Master Joe, who… like Dave with the kitchen… basically did this whole thing with the plumbers and electricians all scheduled and ready-to-go as the job progressed. They’re all amazing! Plus, everyone just comes across as decent, straight-up, competent and worry-free like you know you are in good hands with such major projects. And I was. Two huge jobs. Both a total success. Thanks Patete!

Good work but embarrassingly overpriced. You should see how awful the reviews are on Nextdoor. Not the most friendly on the phone either. Sorry have to be truthful

We are now completing the remodel of our kitchen, breakfast room, powder room, and our guest bathroom, as well as master bathroom by Patete. The design was a great improvement over our previous layout. All of the craftsmen from Patete are Masters in their trades and are genuinely nice people; it was like having family work on our project. The materials were of excellent quality and everything fits & works. We would like to add our endorsement & recommendation of your fine products and especially your nice Master Craftsmen

I had my first bathroom installed 12 years ago with Patete. I worked with Barry and everything went smoothly. It looks just as good today as it did 12 years ago. I am very happy! I decided to remodel my second bathroom and called Barry from Patete. We went through the whole selection process and all the products looked great together! After everything was installed, I noticed that something wasn’t right with the shower pan. I called Barry and he said it might be a manufacturing defect. After having a few conversations with Barry, he was able to get replacement products from the manufacturer. He sent a contractor to install the new products. Everything looks fantastic with my bathroom. I couldn’t be any happier! Barry, the manufacturer and the people from Patete went up and above my expectations!

When you have someone come into your home for a major remodel, you want someone you can trust. When the Patete contractors arrived they were polite, efficient and through. We had a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. There were few major complications (1 bathroom and 1 kitchen). Patete kept the project moving. They never missed a beat. Patete handled all of the scheduling. Everyday they kept me informed of issues and resolutions. Every night the contractors cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience with Patete.

Patete was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. They gave us undivided attention, patience, and respect when designing our Master Bathroom Remodel. The demo, prep, and installation process was incredibly professional: prompt, clean, skilled and highly communicative along the way. We love the end result- a custom bathroom that is gorgeous and exceeds our expectations!
