I called the company for an estimate and the man on the phone was astonished that I was asking for an estimate even though every other company I called offered this service. He said “I don’t have time to give estimates out, just email me pictures and I’ll give you a call with an estimate.” Never got back to me via email or phone.

Skip and his team completed a bathroom remodel at our home in Erie in March 2022. The team including Skip (owner), Alison (Designer) and Jake did an excellent job. The planning process was very thorough. Alison provided a detailed rendering of the design and offered a number of helpful suggestions on materials, colors, lighting, etc. Our house is older and (during the demo) they uncovered several structural issues with the original construction and a previous bathroom renovation and explained how they were able to rectify them. Skip communicated with us continuously throughout the project to show us the work-in-progress, make minor design decisions, etc. The final product was impeccable with impressive attention to every detail. Throughout the project the team made a special effort to keep the house clean (way beyond any other contractor we have used). We strongly recommend Skip Knoll Inc.

We worked with Skip Knoll to enclose an existing porch. The porch was a challenge due to existing arched openings which we did not want to lose. The project lasted seven weeks (October/November, 2021). Each day started at 7am and his crew of 3 to 4 men worked till 4pm five days a week. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. They answered all questions respectfully. They were very knowledgeable and made suggestions to enhance the project as they saw fit. Overall they exceeded all our expectations with high quality materials (i.e. Anderson Windows, cedar trim, etc.) skills, and experience. We would rate them a 10 out of 10.

Connecting with Skip and Allison was a divine appointment from the Lord. I was remodeling my Kitchen and master bathroom. I received a quote from another company and just wanted to get a comparative bid. I contacted Skip and he was immediately very helpful. He was upfront in telling me that with his current workload he could not meet my timeline but would be happy to assist with design, layout, and purchase of cabinets. After consultation, visit to my home, and guidance on how to change the current layout, we started. I decided to do the work myself with the help of a good friend. Skip and Allison were amazing through the entire process. Always responsive and gave us professional assistance all along the way. The bathroom and kitchen turned out amazing!! Thanks again Skip and Allison!
