John responded promptly to my request for a bid. He worked with me to come up with a design that delivered the light and views that I wanted, but was still practical. He and his team did a great job and were great to work with. They finished when they said they would.

John Sramek was one of several people who bid on a tricky basement bathroom remodel. He visited twice and submitted a bid that was fair and solid. Unfortunately, when we were all set to pull the trigger and work with John, we had to halt the project. Nevertheless, John was completely gracious about it, and he also offered to continue to help in any way he could. Who does that??? What I also really appreciated about John was that he made time to communicate throughout. He called, sent emails, and stayed in touch, even as we were sourcing comparative bids. He also worked with our architect too. In the end, I thought we were 100% aligned in terms of goals and expectations and felt confident we would have been able to productively work through any issues that might arise. It’s clear John is an experienced professional remodeler who understands all aspects of managing a remodeling project. I would definitely call him again.

Great experience with John and his team. He is the right kind of contractor that you want to work with on your project. John and the team are highly engaged, focused on a high quality end result, fairly priced, and reliable. Our project was a full master bathroom and bedroom remodel and everything turned out better than we expected. Highly recommended to anyone, we really enjoyed working with John.

John Sramek Remodeling did an amazing job on our home remodel. The project came in on time and within budget. John has wonderful subcontractors and he has great attention to detail. We cannot say enough positive things about John and his team! Everyone knows someone who has had a horror story with regard to remodeling their home or professional business. Our experience with John and his staff was the exact opposite! Not only is he an expert at what he does, and how he does it, but he is sincere, honest, warm and professional. When our job was completed ahead of schedule, the only disappointment we experienced was knowing that we wouldn’t get to see him as often. Look nowhere else if you’re looking for an excellent job at a fair price with an honest man and crew.

Of all the great things we have to say about this company, the most valuable for us, and anyone looking for a contractor—is that our projects came in at or below budget. JSR, INC has many years of experience and resources in construction, is family owned and operated and local to West Linn. Great communication, attention to detail and honesty.
