Professional services team. Scott is an experienced contractor with a client oriented mindset. Josh has excellent communication skills and thinks ahead to take care of the client’s interest. Bryan and his team delivered high quality woodwork (organizers and kitchen cabinets). This is my 2nd time working with the TQC team within 5 years – from adding a new master suite to remodeling the kitchen and the dining room.

TQC did extensive work in our 90 year old home, remodeling the kitchen, rebuilding our basement steps, and improving the finished basement. The quality and skill of the work done is impressive, and they stand by their work. The project planning and communication of all TQC staff is top-notch. I highly recommend TQC for residential remodel and construction projects.

I can’t say enough positive things about the Total Quality team. I will honestly miss having them around since my project is finished. They listen, they care, they are polite, friendly, creative. They made suggestions as we went along, if I didn’t want to follow the suggestion, they were polite, understanding and more than willing to do things the way I preferred. We had a few small hic-ups as all projects do, and every person on the team was there to fix whatever problem we encountered to my complete satisfaction. I will use Total Quality Construction again. They are a top notch group of professionals.

Id like to say as a sub contractor that does installations for total quality construction they are top notch without the overbearing price. They just do great work with great prices. They will get you what you want or need at a fair price. That is hard to say with alot of construction companies. Alrhough we may not always do our specific trade for them I can assure it is only to make sure the customer is taken care of in a timely manner. Shout out to you guys you are awsome and do a great job! Would love to be able to enyoy the projects you do but get joy in seeing those happy faces. Awsome!

We did a gut-to-the-studs complete renovation and modernization of our 90 year old house’s kitchen. The best decision we made in the whole process was going with Total Quality Construction to do the work. This is an incredibly professional team whose craftsmanship impressed us from day 1. They didn’t just take the job and do the work; every single member of the team took responsibility for the job as if it was their own home. They contributed wonderful ideas to the design that improved the overall look and that matched the feel and character of an older house; all the work, from demolition to drywall to flooring to cabinet install and more was done with meticulous precision; their attention to detail was remarkable — they saw or noticed even little details or imperfections that we never would have seen, and made sure to get them right. The whole time, we felt like they didn’t see our kitchen as just a job, but approached it like they wanted it to exceed our expectations in every way (it did). Their guys were all super professional and kind – I have to say that they even cleaned up to the nth degree every night when they finished, taking care to leave the kitchen even cleaner each day than when they found it. From Scott H and Scott L, Brenda and Roxie in the office, through Josh, Brian, Tom, Preston, Maverick and the others who did the work in the house, every single person we worked with made us feel in each interaction that we made the right choice in choosing Total Quality Construction. We have additional renovation projects to take on in our older house, and we won’t work with anyone else. This team is worth every penny!

TQC was on a preferred list of contractors at KDP where we got our cabinets from for our kitchen remodel project. They were very professional and took time to pick the best team of subcontractors for us. They were very willing to work with masks on if we so chose during Covid restrictions. Everyone was extremely considerate, polite and very professional. Brian had an eye for detail and made some suggestions that I was very happy with. Josh oversaw all the work and would have them redo anything that was not acceptable to us. We didn’t use their design service but would definitely next time. Overall, we were very happy with the company and would use them again.

Here is my honest review. We had a subpar experience overall. Initially, things appeared to be good, communication was decent and we were excited to begin our project. We seemed to have a great working relationship and an understanding of all this project was going to consist of. It was a rather large undertaking and we were aware of the amount of time it would take. However, we had to have several contractors come back multiple times due to unfinished or mediocre work. The communication was decent in the beginning, until our project was wrapping up. We didn’t hear from our project manager for over a week and we’re told things would be complete on certain days, only to discover a week later they were not with zero communication regarding any delays. When we approached the company about wrapping up our project, we were told the company has“been rather patient” waiting for funds on a project that was incomplete on their end. I’m not sure the owner was aware that our project was still not done but that’s an issue to address internally before accusing your customer of not paying what is owed on an incomplete job. Mind you, the project manager was made aware of weeks ago AND sent photos of the issues found by us homeowners. A project that could have been completed some time ago, had the work not been sloppy and done right on install. There is clearly internal issues with communication and I don’t know any customer that would hand over final funds on incomplete agreed upon work. The two gentlemen that deserve a positive nod are Preston and Brian. They worked hard when they were in our home and were pleasant. They completed the tasks needed and did so with respect and true genuineness. The overall takeaway from us is that things were rather decent until the project was wrapping up. It got truly disappointing in regards to communication, accusations to the customer, and multiple contractor re-visits for things that should have been right the first time. Still waiting to hear from our project manager…

We had a very positive experience with everyone at Total Quality. We had new windows and a new front door put in and some remodeling to the front of our house with wood siding and beams replaced. They planning went smoothly- and they quickly adapted to changes in design requested. The outcome is beautiful with the interior molding done so well and a newer design on the exterior windows was perfect. Brian and Preston were so respectful, neat and clean. Everything was so timely- and they worked in all types of weather. We were impressed.

TQC constructed built-in style bookcases aside our fireplace and a mantle. Scott subbed us out to someone he uses to complete the job. The man who moved our ductwork (a relative if Scott’s I believe) was wonderful. Our problem was the finish work of the bookcases. The final result produced had blemishes, were not well sanded/rough, were poorly painted (we had to repaint ourselves), did not have joints caulked prior to finish painting; just overall less than stellar craftsmanship. We were reluctant to pay bill in full immediately as we are not satisfied. Our dissatisfaction was expressed via email, along with pictures of the lack of quality- we were told they would send the gentleman back again. We declined this as a remedy to the problem- it should be done properly the first time, and I definitely did not want him to return for more work. Sadly, we would have to say, although Scott was a nice guy to deal with, the quality of who he used to handle our job was not acceptable.

They have been fantastic to work with. Scott has been working with my wife and I for a new house plan, he has been extreme professional and given us great direction. We have the plans now and are wokring though all of the fine details, the process has been more than smooth and the quality of thier workmanship is top notch. 5 Stars!
