Rusty and his crew helped us figure out a great way to make use of our attic and turn it into a finished room with a full certificate of occupancy. They stand by their work and returned to take care of any issues we found until everything was to our satisfaction!

Negative Experience: Waited several week for scheduled estimate for kitchen remodel estimate. On the day of 10AM our appointment, I get an email at 7:30AM saying Red’s can’t find my address. Info was exchanged over the phone when the estimate was scheduled, had my email so appears they lost it. I responded to the email at 8:40AM (1 hour later) to this email with my address to confirm the appoint and called to connect. No answer, no response. Red’s never responded to the email or called back knowing they had an appointment and that I would likely be trying to communicate back since they didn’t have all my information. They no call, no showed for our scheduled estimate after waiting weeks for the appointment and arranging my work schedule to accommodate. I communicated via phone and email that we were no longer interested in working this contractor and their organization and since of urgency for customers seems to be lacking. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing to say the least and I would not recommend this contractor.

They do not stand behind their work and honor warranty. In January, I had Red’s Remodeling install LVP flooring. Rusty was quick with the job and very friendly. Once the invoice was paid, and the issues started to arise, they were slow to respond and eventually stopped all together. Very disappointing.

I do not recommend allowing Alex to do any type of plumbing in your home unless you want water damage in your home. Unfortunately a simple toilet install became a nightmare. I had to have another plumbing company come out and correct the poor workmanship.

We used Red’s to create a half bathroom in a tiny corner of our garage. We also had them wire a ceiling fan in the front room of our home. They not only had the best pricing along with quality craftsmanship, but we’re great to work with. Highly recommend.

Love their work! Would definitely recommend; built my patio from nothing and it looks beautiful! Finished on-time, on-schedule, stayed within my budget, and just really pleasant guys.

We called Red’s on a Friday about getting a quote for the construction and wiring of a room in the garage that will be an office. Looked at the space the next day (Saturday). Finished on Tuesday. The crew was on-time, efficient and very friendly. We are happy with the new office. Great job, great value. Everything completed as expected.
