From the first telephone call to Bill Muckridge to the end of the remodel of the master bath and kitchen, I was so pleased to have Bill in charge of my project. At our first meeting at my house, Bill asked many questions to determine what we wanted done and how we wanted the finished project to look. Then I gave him a difficult task. We had a very limited time to complete the project. Within a week, Bill gave us the final design, the final price and had lined all the workers for specific dates. We were off and running. Bill supervised everything. On one side of the garage, all the demo items that could be donated were neatly stacked and on the opposite side were the new fixtures. Daily things went as planned. Bill kept everyone on task, made sure that all work was done to spcifications and that daily clean up took place. We were so pleased with the outcome. Our rooms were functional and so attractive While Bill and I were talking, we realized that he had remodeled our kitchen at a different address years ago and we were just as pleased to work with Bill at that time. When it came time to sell our home, we had a sale the same day it went on the market. I have recommended Bill to friends with no hesitation and got great feedback from them. Bill and his crew did an excellent job of transforming our bathroom into a beautiful, modern one that we can be proud of. We had the pleasure of being introduced to Bill Muckridge and his outstanding work through neighbors who were having their kitchen remodeled by Bill and his team of experts. Bill had previously remodeled these neighbors’ bathrooms and had built in some other cabinetry for them. We met him at their home to see his work. As he showed us the details and intricacies of his work, and as we heard our neighbors rave about it, we were convinced that we wanted Bill to do our kitchen remodel project over the other two contractors that we had interviewed. Our neighbors gave Bill an excellent reference saying things like, “He does what he says he is going to do and when he says he is going to do it. He is punctual. He will come back as many times as necessary to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction”. That sold us, and we are so glad that we went with Muckridge Custom Kitchens and Baths. You can see from the pictures we have included that our kitchen came out gorgeous! It really transformed the area, and the only thing we wish that we had done differently is to have done it much sooner. We highly recommend Bill and his exceptional team. They are not only very professional and skilled at their craft but are also extremely patient and kind. Bill met us on a Saturday at his studio when we were having difficulty deciding on our cabinets. He spent literally hours with us, showing us each product and color until we came up with the perfect one. He seemed as excited as we did when the decision was finally made. That is just one example of his patience and desire to make the customer 110% pleased and satisfied with the end result. Bill is highly responsive and prompt, even after the project has been completed. We will definitely call on Muckridge Custom Kitchens and Baths for similar projects in the future.

Top quality and very professional company. We had our master bath and guest bath completely renovated and remodeled. The company uses the same specialists for its jobs like plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, and painting. The company schedules each specialist one at a time so there’s little disruption in the household. The company is extremely neat and cleans the work area each evening before leaving. They are punctual and very accommodating. Being retired, we were at home for all the work, and had no problems adjusting to the job. We recommend the Muckridge Company very highly, and have truly enjoyed our new baths for over a year.

There are three aspects of Muckeridges’ remodeling of our kitchen that make this business stand way out from others. First is the eye of Bill Muckeridge himself as an interior designer, the gifted talent to see the possibilities with his mind’s eye that I admit to not seeing myself. That’s where it all starts, so then he drew it up on his 3D graphics program and brought it to life in his office – and WOW! So THAT’S what this could be! Next is his strength as a field general to call in his sub-contractors in sequence by reminding each of them on what day their work needed to begin. And when that day came, there they were at our door. Without delays, the work just kept on flowing as scheduled to minimize the inconvenience and hit each of the targets for completion. And last is what can only be described as perfectionism – an attention to the smallest details and refusal to take short cuts, all overseen by Zach, his man on site, a stubborn perfectionist if ever there was. And how the two work together can only function if each knows what the other wants from having so much experience as a team. So bravo to Muckeridge Custom, and thank you for giving us this new space in which to thoroughly enjoy the preparation of our food and the sharing of that with friends and family.

Bill Muckridge has helped us with two large projects. He renovated our kitchen and bathroom, and added on a master bedroom and office for us. He did what he said he would do in a timely manner, and we were very pleased with his workmanship, his design assistance and attention to detail. He keep us informed of all progress, and directed us to quality businesses to select windows, siding, flooring, bathroom tile, and bathroom accessories. I highly recommend him; you will not be disappointed if he assist you in making your dream home come to life.

Over the past 10 years we have undertaken many remodel/upgrade projects for our home which was much in need of all, being more than 20 years old when we took possession. We were most fortunate to have had a neighbor that utilized Bill’s expertise, and provided the recommendation. Many projects later, our home has been modernized to our satisfaction due to our long standing relationship with Bill. From the kitchen (cabinets, counter-tops, tiling, built in breakfast area, oven, lighting); to fully remodeled baths (fixtures, cabinets toilet and basins); to a custom-designed deck (cleverly using an obsolete hot tub location for a built-in garden); Bill and his talented team have always delivered on time, on budget and with impeccable craftsmanship, and attention to detail, with thoughtful, practical and economic solutions. Bill did a great job of re-modeling our master bath. We have never had a contractor who communicates as well and frequently as he does. Everyone who worked on the job was excellent and the tile installer was exceptional. We would highly recommend him.
