We had a new quartz bath countertop installed by Carolina Kitchen & Bath. The staff was very helpful with making this whole process very easy. We love the finished job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do an update to their home!

Wonderful experience with recent kitchen upgrade and remodel plus a new bath countertop. Amber wa great to work with and very patient with changing ideas and wants from my side. Everything was on time despite current supply chain delays. Installers were efficient, respectful of the property and did a great job. Definitely would recommend.

Friday March 5th I went to ask about custom cabinets for my new home. Was greeted by a woman at the front desk. She said she was an accountant not a cabinet expert. I told her my need. She went to ask her boss. She came back with questions about the details of my cabinets. Again she went back to her boss. I could hear them in the back room. Note that I was the only customer in the store. I asked to speak with her boss since she didn’t know cabinets and he did. She said “They’re busy”. I told her it was unprofessional for her to run back and forth with questions and that if the boss was too busy they must not need my business. She was unconcerned and walked back to her receptionist cubical. They Obviously only want late commercial customers and are too busy to make residential cabinets.

My husband and I could not be happier with our new kitchen. Leigh was wonderful to work with listening to my constant ideas and changes I desired. The crew installing the cabinets were very careful not to damage the new hardwood floors that were installed just a few days earlier. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Leigh pushed hard to get the project completed before family arrived for Christmas and she succeeded!

Wonderful people to work with, very professional. I had countertops put in the kitchen and new bathroom cabinets/sinks put in, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Avoid. Why? Had multiple issues with initial install, cabinet doors that would not close because of overlap, trim installed incorrectly. They did not answer calls for a month! (later was told, sorry we were busy). Two more trips by installers, 3 months later and still same problems. But at least they are regular about sending a bill every month (as if)
