Zurbuch Construction a year agoDave, Keith, Juan and their team undertook to completely renovate an old farmhouse for us to move our florist into. The house was literally collapsing so they started from the foundation up and modernized it while still keeping its charm. It took a lot of vision, skill and innovation to accomplish the task. They did a splendid job, exceeding our expectations. I recommend them without reservation.

Thomas Brent Custom Homes a year agoI had a great experience with Thomas Brent Custom Homes; we constructed our house in 2018-19. I really appreciated Brent’s responsiveness, whether communicating by email or text. Brent was very understanding of our desires and executed them very well. At one point, we ran into some unexpected issues, but Brent handled the situation nicely and everything ended up working out okay. To this day, Brent maintains a good relationship with us and is always quick to address to any of our needs. Our home is beautiful and we certainly love it!

Tate Realty & Construction Co 10 years agoBiggest Slum Lord in (just Orange County)? If not the State. Do yourself a favor and stay at the homeless shelter. Much less grief involved.

Saebert Construction, LLC 4 years agoDo not buy from this home builder. Please beware!!!! I bought a home from them 2 1/2 years ago from them. Never showed up at closing should have been the first sign. Submitted my items that needed to be addressed after 1 year in the home and I am still waiting 1 1/2 years later for them to address warranty items. I have called, sent over 100 emails trying to address these issues and they never complete the job. The two items they did correct they did halfway and reused items and forgot to attach my railing on my side porch. I have leaking windows, that have ruined my drywall etc and never a response. If you buy a home from this builder plan to invest 5,000 dollars in correcting the items the won’t cover

Resolute Building 6 months agoI’m living at the edition on rosemary and to say the least it’s not up to standards. It floods in the areas between builds, the parking deck drain is higher than the lowest spot causing it to be a pool at the stairs. The building doesn’t seem level because all my doors swing open not allowing me to leave them cracked. It’s is a beautiful place but for sure seems rushed. I would not hire those sub contractors again because they did some rushed work. I’ve worked for a construction company for multiple years and know this is not acceptable.
