We renovated our NYC apartment and I could not be more pleased with the outcome, experience, and the attention to detail. I have renovated before, and I have never had such an easy-feeling process. We updated plumbing, added new lighting throughout the apartment, and completely redid the bathrooms and kitchen. We were so impressed with how smoothly things went. Even when things were not perfect, John and his team always fixed it to our liking. I am so grateful we found John and Louise! Their work is such high quality and they remove all of the stress (or as much as they can) for the home owner. 10/10

We purchased an apartment and the kitchen was in bad condition .How to renovate that kitchen became our nightmare. We contacted the Home Design & Company to renovate the kitchen and bathroom, but at end we decided to do floor and the lighting. In two months Home Design & CO completed the job. Thanks Home Design & CO for changing our nightmare in a beautiful dream.

Highly recommend Home Design & Co Construction work for my parents home condo NYC, renovations. This is the second time we’ve worked with John. just finished a kitchen renovation + General Upgrade Electricity, plumbing, John the owner were responsive and helped us all the way through. The crew on-site did beautiful work. We’re incredibly happy with the outcome. I’m getting my new apartment and I will use them for sure!

John and his team are absolutely terrific. Kept to schedule, were professional and personable. And clean, although there was demolition, new wiring and plumbing, they managed to contain all the plaster dust, and when they were done you would never know that the walls were patched. I highly recommend John Posada and his company Home Design & Co.

John and his team are PHENOMENAL. Timely, responsive, neat and exemplary work ethic! Even when there is a delay, John is communicative about the matter and transparent in the explanation. With construction, sometimes supply chain issues occur. I did a TOTAL GUT of my 1-bedroom! His design ideas are awesome…made my decision-making so much easier! If you have a small or a large project, do not hesitate to contact John and his team! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Home Design are true professionals in everything they do – from a detailed proposal to immaculate work on site to a beautiful finished job. He has amazing craftsman working for him who are kind, neat and extremely skilled. Each project gets a project manager who is there at every step of the project via email, text, and phone calls. Louise, my project manager was amazing beyond words. Such a pleasure working with John and his whole team. I will use him again without hesitation. A great experience putting in my washer/dryer and upgrading my electric work. Truly the best 🙏🙏🙏
