Horrible! Cost us an additional $14k to redo everything. Seemed very forthcoming in the beginning after the work was completed and issues came up, they pulled the “no English” card and never followed up. After numerous calls we just gave up and took the loss. The service after is more important then making a quick buck. Your business won’t last long with this model.

These guys are incredible! Helped us out BIG TIME on a 14 unit apartment complex that we renovated. Competitive prices and high end customer service. Can’t recommend them enough!

We are so, so pleased with Kitchen Express Plus with the wonderful experience we had right from the start with Adam coming to our home to measure, working with Deanna and Ling with our kitchen design, and then their installers, Smiley and his right hand man where amazing carpenters, tile guys, so precise and took so much pride in their workmanship, as if they were working on their own homes, to their Stone installers who came in with the quartz countertops, and the five of them so orchestrated installing our countertops. Definitely check them out you will not be disappointed! The quality of our cabinets, along with all the other details and just ‘good, professional’ people with some many laughs in between during our entire experience with them all. Ten Stars to Kitchen Express Plus!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kitchen Express Plus. Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, their prices are fair, and most importanly they are fast and efficient! Measurement to installation only took about two and a half weeks! I was getting higher quotes with month(s) long install dates from other companies, no one compared to their price or timeline for install. My countertops are beautiful and were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend Kitchen Express Plus enough!

The owners at kitchen express are definitely top-notch they do whatever it takes to make sure they have a happy customer. We damaged our countertop while cleaning a stone pan, Adam (owner) came over personally one day after my phone call and somehow made it look brand new. I actually used them a second time for my bathrooms and they came out just as nice.Thanks again, owners and staff

Pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and knowledge. We stopped in to look at options for our bathroom countertop and the woman helping us knew exactly what was in stock, pricing and schedules (measurements and delivery within a few weeks?!). We had an addition put on last year and the two vendors we dealt with for countertops had horrible customer service, the experience was painful and very drawn out. I wish we had known about this place because it was such a positive experience. Thank you!!

I used kitchen express to do new cabinets and countertops in my kitchen. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with them and they have great customer service. They also work extremely fast, my entire kitchen was done in 3 days, cabinets, moulding, countertops and all. They’re easy to work with and the quality of the cabinets and craftsmanship were great. They were extremely flexible when the manufacturer had some delays due to Covid. Their prices were also way better than other local competitors including Home Depot and Lowe’s. I would definitely recommend them when re-doing your kitchen.

Our dream kitchen was a dream experience! Our family and friends are impressed, many exclaiming “who did your kitchen?!” From the design work with Deanna, to the impeccable installation by the crew, to Ling and Adam who oversaw each detail, the entire staff was responsive, professional and courteous. The value and quality is excellent. The pride they showed in their attention to detail was outstanding. For us this was especially meaningful as we’ve never embarked on a renovation to this extent. We were referred here and we will continue to happily refer them to others!
