Had both bathrooms totally redesigned, scheduling and coordination was smooth as silk, completed within a very reasonable timeframe relative to the estimate. Working with James was very easy, communication was excellent and no task or unforeseen issues would derail the projects. Each of the project specialists were very professional, polite and did excellent work. Notably the Carpenter Chris was exceptional, who took his work to another level to ensure the redesign was done so meticulously for the rest of the team to do their work. Our 2nd floor bathroom presented many challenges and all the expectations were met. Very happy with the end result, including the cost which was very competitive and justifiable for the work that was done. Highly recommended for future work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Master Kitchens & Baths for my bathroom remodel. From start to finish, James and his team were nothing but professional. The initial consultation with James was informative and collaborative. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and was able to put it all together. His customer service was top-notch and I knew I could trust him and his team with working in my home. During the construction, the crew maintained a tidy workspace and worked in a timely manner. They worked promptly, efficiently, and their attention to detail was evident. James was extremely transparent through the whole process and kept me informed with the progress of the project. Overall, my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with how the bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend Master Kitchens & Baths to anyone considering a remodel. Master Kitchens and Baths is a class act! Our home needed major work, and MKB came highly recommended. We began discussions with James and Joel, both in the showroom and our house, to explore how to proceed on a full renovation of our kitchen + 3 bathrooms. We initially had some real concerns on how we would navigate the design process, without retaining a separate design firm. We were very pleased that MKB had an entire decision-making process to walk us through, patiently, from large-scale layout, to major components (cabinets, tiles, counters), to myriad small details. James, Joel and designer Haneen took a balanced approach, giving us strong input while leaving us space to make our own decisions. We appreciated the beautiful (but bounded) range of choices that we explored on the design floor (shower stalls, sinks, cabinets), while still offering a host of other options, customization and varied vendors. This approach prevented us from being overwhelmed. James and Joel promised back-to-back scheduling of the various sub-contractors. They were both great to work with — extremely responsive, with daily calls and visits to the site in the first couple of weeks. We were super impressed by the workers, who were highly professional, efficient and friendly. As a result, the several weeks of disruptive work, during these major renovations, were manageable. In fact, we were so impressed by their quality and professionalism, that we decided to have MKB complete 3 weeks of additional work on our living room, dining room and hallways. It was clear, given the care and meticulousness of all of this work, that it reflected directly on the leadership of James and Joel. There were very few wrinkles in this large-scale project, and James quickly and responsively addressed all issues. Unreserved recommendation — we have a beautiful “new” 100-year old home! Kudos to MKB!

We had a full kitchen remodel with Master Kitchens and Baths. The whole experience was great, from initial design consultation with their good suggestions to the finishing touches. Everyone was very professional and we appreciated the schedule laid out to know what was happening when. The workmen were skilled and we felt very comfortable having them all in our house. James is very good at keeping in touch and is easily accessible. The work was completed in a timely manner and the result is a beautiful new kitchen!

I was very happy with the turn over of my kitchen project, Master Kitchens and Baths told me that it would be about a month max for completion and they got it done with a little over 3 weeks. All the workers were very respectful and professional. I worked with Joel and Aziza and they did my kitchen renovation to my satisfaction and I am very happy with the outcome. Working with Aziza was a very smooth and down to earth process. I would recommend Master Kitchens and Baths to everyone! Thank you Joel and Aziza for my beautiful Kitchen.

We just finished our kitchen and we couldn’t be more in love with it! Joel was amazing to work with – he listened to what we wanted, make recommendations, and took extra time to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t believe how quick the project was – I am now 9 months pregnant and we really wanted to finish before baby came and Joel made sure everything stayed on track and it came out perfectly. All of the workers (electrician, flooring, plumber, painter) he used and recommended were great. Also big thanks to Haneen for helping us pick out many of the kitchen details. I would recommend Joel and Master kitchen & bath to anyone!

Joel just completed a complete kitchen renovation for me. I was very pleased with the timeliness and project management of the renovation. Joel was great to work with because of his knowledge, experience, attention to detail, coordination and timely scheduling of the various trades to complete the renovation in the shortest time possible. Joel is straight forward, honest and takes great pride in his work. His team, Haneen and James were also very helpful in expediting and resolving any problems or issues that we encountered. Highly recommend.

Today was the end of my bathroom 🚽 remodeling project and I’m extremely happy 😃 with the final result. All of the individual tradesmen did excellent work: the demolition people protected everything carefully, the carpenter, plumber, electrician, tile and grout guy all do phenomenal work. The project manager, James Carriero, was on site frequently and helped me and my wife in choosing how to build our bathroom . He helped us pick the vanity; floor tiles, bathtub tiles, vanity counter top and all the hardware. This store is a one stop shop for Kohler kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

I would recommend Master Kitchens & Baths. I had two baths done at the same time. It was essential that the job be done in a timely manner. James was in touch with me from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Master Kitchens & Baths. James was easy to work with from start to finish. The contract was clearly written so there was never an issue with what we wanted or what the cost would be. Having everything in the showroom was extremely convenient. There is a large selection and we were able to see everything side-by-side (floor tiles, vanity cabinets, vanity top, and even grout). Everything ran smoothly, which was a very pleasant surprise because our only full bathroom was completely remodeled. James was true to his word that they would finish the job as quickly as possible so we could have our only shower & tub back. He arranged for workers to come every day until the job was done and there was even a day when the plumber, carpenter & electrician were all here. No time was wasted. The tiler even came on a holiday weekend! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, professional and highly skilled. We received daily updates on progress so we knew what was finished and who would be arriving the next day. The renovation was completed weeks faster than other estimates we received. Do not hesitate to call Master Kitchens & Baths.
