Worst experience with any contractors that I’ve hired in the past 50 years. We were taken in by the knowledgeable co-owner that first met us and bid the project. Unfortunately, that was the last person on our project that was or displayed any knowledge of the task at hand. If you want to have to check on every detail of your project, have workers paint the wrong color, not complete the items as per the bid, then yes, use Creative Design and Build, If you don’t want to do any of the above and also have your project drag on long after it was to be completed…run don’t walk to another contractor.

Creative Design and Build responded very soon after my call to examine a sliding screen door to a sun porch that had a torn screen and didn’t slide properly. I was surprised they responded to my home for such a small project, but they did, and I received an estimate the same day. I approved the estimate, they responded to pick up the screen door, and in less than a week, they replaced the screen and all four wheels …. And put the screen back in its track! Great service, and my contact, Jeff Kaemmerer, Was a pleasure to work with! A great experience!!

Creative finished remodeling our bathroom last month. They were professional and our bathroom looks spectacular. Several neighbors and friends have seen it and admired it.

I had them out for a quote. The sales person was nice, professional and said he would send me multiple versions of my quote for a basement remodel. I shared up front we had $10,000 so I need to know what options fit that kind of budget. I recieved one quote for $30,000 worth of work and despite attempts to contact them to see what other options we had, I never heard back. I emailed and called. Very disappointed.
