Kendal & Company have done 2 major projects for us. A full kitchen remodel and then we had them come back to do the laundry room. Randy and Kelly are both easy to work with and get ahold of. Love their design ideas. I was amazed how our kitchen remodel stuck to a very quick timeline, getting me my basic kitchen functions back as soon as possible. They also are great at solving problems when issues come up, and there is always a surprise or two when doing these large jobs.

If you are looking for a company that can actually deliver on time with great quality and realistic pricing – Kendal & Co is who you should use. Kelly – our designer and project manager was simply amazing. Every professional (finish carpender, plumber, electricans, tile person and plumber) were not only good they were fast, friendly and when they left there was minimal mess. I can not say enough about how glad I am that I selected them to do my complete master bathroom make-over.

Kelly and her team make dreams come true! 2021 – Kitchen remodel, 2022 – added half bath upstairs, 2023 – enlarged 1st floor bathroom, added closet to 1st floor bedroom and found hidden closet space in the office. Kelly thinks outside the box and her team creates her vision. We truly enjoyed working with them!

We’d like to recommend Kelly Hoef from Kendal & Company, who was our project manager for a complete bathroom remodel. She is very meticulous and detail-oriented, knowledgeable and patient. She responded almost immediately to every contact we made and really cared to have the job done well and on time. The whole crew was impressive: competent and personable. If any issues arose, Kelly took care of them. Our bathroom couldn’t be more beautiful!

We were told when we purchased our Omega cabinets there would be a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately our cabinet separated at a seam and the door fell off 3 1/2 yrs. after having them installed. After numerous attempts of trying to contact the store. “Randy” finally returned our call. He told us in May 2022 that he would take care of it because of our warranty and it would take 2-4 weeks to have it back. After not receiving a phone for a few months and several calls again regarding the cabinet, we finally spoke with Randy to find out our cabinet had been there for a while with no courtesy call that it was in the store. He told us they are in 3 boxes and we would have to pick them up, assemble and install them ourselves. Because it was our “fault” someone was hang from them. LITERALLY said someone was hanging from them!!! Randy is very unprofessional and we would NEVER purchase from them again.

How disappointing! I drove 30 minutes today 10/29/2021 hoping to see their beautiful showroom. Waited until 10:05 to give them time to open the doors. Walked up, tried both doors and they were locked. Store associate was sitting at a desk and clearly saw me. He did not even get up to acknowledge me. I have 3 bathrooms I wanted help designing and remodeling. What a shame. It states specifically on their website “No appointment needed.”

Rob and team did a fantastic job remodeling our Master Bath, and Laundry Room. They also did a few extras by updating our half-bath, installing hallway cabinetry, and installing new lights in our main living area. The quality and workmanship was excellent. We were in Florida for 7 weeks while Rob and team came in and completed all of the work. He provided weekly pictures/or Facetime updates. We highly recommend Kendal & Co.
