We hired Ryan to do a gut kitchen reno in our 175-year-old house, and he and his crew did a great job addressing some of quirky things in an old home. Ryan was communicative and creative with his problem solving, especially since we wanted to be very cost-conscious. He guided us through the process and decisions, being thoughtful about achieving our vision. Ultimately, the project came in exactly on-budget. We love the finished product. Based on the success of the kitchen, we had Halyard to install a new deck and replace a set of windows with a new exterior door. Again, Ryan came through with creative solutions, was responsive to our needs, and landed right on budget. We’d definitely hire Ryan and his crew again for future construction projects.

We had a great experience working with Ryan and his team at Halyard. We had a large kitchen renovation done in an older house which required both creativity and problem solving at many stages. Ryan was up to the task. His process is transparent and he truly manages all aspects of his projects, alleviating much of the stress a homeowner typically feels during renovations. He is punctual, responsive and thorough and just an all around good person. We highly recommend Halyard and hope to work with them again in the future.

Had a first floor renovation done by Halyard Services. A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done. The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project. His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner. All plans were well communicated at all times. Ryan and his team were very approachable and easy to communicate with regarding any questions or changes to the project. After living in the newly renovated space, we are beyond pleased with how things came together! The attention to detail, the quality of the work and the beautiful finishes have made our new space beautifully functional. We would highly recommend Ryan and his team!

This past summer Ryan and his team brought our outdated1970’s kitchen into the 21rst century. Ryan and team were a pleasure to work with during the remodel. Ryan’s team and the sub-contractors that he uses came on time, were respectful of our home and did quality work. Ryan made the challenges easy with his willingness to collaborate, calm demeanor and we always came up with right solution. Overall , I LOVE my new kitchen and highly recommend Ryan and his team!

Ryan and his team renovated my 1957 kitchen and a half bath. He transformed my closed kitchen to a big open dream kitchen space. Ryan is reliable and highly organized. He pays a lot of attention to detail and always remembers to make sure he address my small requests or concerns. All of the work from the flooring, plumbing, tiling, electrical work and painting were done professionally. Lastly, Ryan’s price is reasonable and his work is exceptional. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate all the work Ryan and his team put in to this project. Especially making it so stress free for me.

Ryan and his team completely transformed our kitchen and half bath and brought our house from the 1950s into the 21st century. He also added a gorgeous deck to the back of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to small details and finishing touches brings a degree of quality to the work that is hard to find from other companies and contractors. Ryan listened to what we had envisioned for our renovation, and made great suggestions when things didn’t work exactly as we had in mind. He always communicated with us throughout the whole process and made it as stress-free as possible. All of the workers that came through our doors–plumbers, plasterers, tilers, etc.–produced the same high quality work we came to expect from Ryan and his team. We highly recommend Halyard Services for home renovation and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Ryan and his team at Halyard Services assisted us in renovating our multifamily home. Ryan was able to keep the project on time and on budget while remodeling three new kitchens, five new bathrooms, some carpentry, New heating systems, all new plumbing ,painting throughout and refinishing all the hardwood floors. I highly recommend Ryan and his team and will definitely be recommending them to friends!

Ryan and his team did an excellent job fully renovating our kitchen, bathroom, and updating our hardwood floors. We felt very confident in the quality of Halyard’s work and relied on their expertise to guide us through design and to make the right decisions for our home. It was easy to work with Ryan, he was great at communicating throughout the project, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We are so happy with our new kitchen and would absolutely work with Halyard again.

After 10 years of saying we were going to redo our kitchen and downstairs we finally pulled the trigger and Ryan and his team crushed it. They were on time (5 months) and were amazing. Very easy process and couldn’ thave asked for a better team to make it happen.
