SM Construction & Design 4 weeks agoWe hired Steve and Jim to completely demo our bathroom down to the studs and renovate. Their quote was far and away more affordable than any of the others we received and they did a fantastic job. When opening up the walls, we ran into many problems with our old house that they handled without issue. They also fixed a window leak we had in another part of the house while they were here for the bathroom. It took longer than expected to finish, but the final product was exactly what we wanted. Thank you Steve and Jim, you’re the best!

Roland Construction & Remodeling Inc. 2 years agoA few years back when I owned my old house in East Boston, Des Roland Construction did absolutely top tier, state of the art work for me including a spanking new kitchen to die for(gut & rebuild), a wondrously magnificent transformation of what was a dank, dreary cellar into the best 👌finished basement I ever saw. His subcontractors (i.e. electrical, plumbing, masonry) were all equally fantastic. He also built me a gorgeous roof deck, did interior/exterior building restoration that is in a league of its own. He himself is a joy to work with; easily the most thorough, talented, creative, brilliantly skilled, thoroughly knowledgeable building contractor/ I have ever encountered. He completely restored my house 🏠 from top to bottom. He easily gets a 5 star 🌟🤩 rating. If the scale allowed, I’d give him 6 stars 🌟. He is also immensely personable & in a word outstanding 👏😉. I have since sold that old 🏚, have bought a new 🏠 in Georgetown Ma & in due time will need to speak with him about building a finished basement in this new house. Kudos…Des…”way to go”; if there ever should be a Nobel Prize in Building Construction 🏗/Carpentry you’d be a shoot-in to win it 😀; Peace ✌.

Rimini Home Improvement 2 months agoMy husband and I have never worked with such a talented, precision-minded and exceptional contractor…..not to mention incredibly clean! Giovanni remodeled our dated guest bath in just 8 days. We LOVE the final product and frankly what we loved equally as much was the process of working with him. He has a great sense of design and picked out most of the materials including light fixtures, mirror, faucet, shower accessories. He also performs ALL the work himself from demolition, to plumbing to tiling to electrical, etc. so there wasn’t the hassle of having different contractors coming and going. He’s extremely dependable; showed up every day bright and early and took no breaks! There was no dust or dirt because he’s so clean and vacuums up before leaving. In short, I have never worked with a better or more conscientious contractor. His work is Numero Uno!
