We just finished a kitchen remodel done by Serenity Kitchen & Bath. We couldn’t be more pleased. The final result exceeded our expectations. The Serenity crew is great to work with. They are always ready to answer your questions, explain things they are doing and even welcome little changes or add-ons as the project progresses. They take their time and strive for the customer’s satisfaction every step of the way. I would highly recommend Serenity Kitchen & Bath!

In April and May 2024, Serenity Kitchen & Bath built us a completely new master bath–shower, cabinets, flooring, toilet…everything. We’re delighted with it. It was a big project that took several weeks, as they gutted everything. The guys were pleasant and very conscientious. They placed cloths down every morning, then took them up at day’s end and even vacuumed. Who does that? They didn’t leave their tools etc. laying around, but stored them away every night. It was all a matter of them showing respect for our home. We would definitely use them again, and without hesitation recommend them to others.

We didn’t know where to start with our kitchen remodel. We ultimately went to google and had several contractors come out and provide estimates/ideas. Steve came out and was very honest regarding feasibility of our project and he was able to give us the biggest bang for our buck. We are so thrilled with our kitchen and thrilled that we went with Serenity. They were on time every day and fully renovated our kitchen in 6 weeks. The guys (Conner, Junior and Brad) really cared about making our kitchen look the best and it shows. The process of going in with Steve and picking out backsplash and cabinets was so helpful and really helped bring our vision to life. Hire them, you won’t regret it!

My wife and I decided to have both of our upstairs bathrooms remodeled. After a couple of quotes, we decided to go with Serenity. I couldn’t be happier with our decision. I worked with Steve as he took us through choosing tiles, vanity, fixtures, etc. I must admit I have never gone through this process and Steve made it so much easier with our selections. The team of individuals that Demo’d both bathrooms and installation of new items did a fabulous job. We put in a new tub/shower combo, walk-in shower, vanities, mirrors, lights, toilets, flooring, etc. We chose frameless doors for the walk-in shower which work great. Our house is older and with this age come a few unexpected modifications needed once they remove everything. I believe the price to be fair and the additional charges for changes of the unexpected to also be as expected. Serenity made sure the job was done correctly and worked with us towards every step. I have some finishing touches with the trim, curtains, and painting which need done (I elected to do this part on my own). Steve has always said from the beginning that Serenity wants to build relationships and make the relationship last. I want to personally thank Steve and his Team for bringing both of our outdated bathrooms back to new.

Steve and Serenity upgraded my kitchen 7 years ago with new granite countertops, Kraus sink, Delta faucet and Insinkerator garbage disposal. I was very happy with the finished results and the process. Today Steve sent Junior to my house to assess the faucet which rocked loosely at the base. It took a while to figure out the cause, but Junior did not give up. He also rearranged the water lines, so they would reconnect properly. Junior was great. I am impressed with such excellent customer service, even after 7 years.

I’m so glad I went with Steve and his company. I had contacted three contractors for a bathroom remodel. One seemed like he didn’t want to be there, took no measurements or pictures, and didn’t give me the two estimates for with or without the tile removal; one seemed great at first but then she never got back to me. Steve was the most professional from the start. He took measurements, he took pictures, he listened to what I wanted, sent me estimates I wanted, and was patient while I waited and waited to hear from the other one. My house was built in 1956 and had the pink tile and blue bathtub that was popular at the time, but they needed to go. The tiles covered the floor, went halfway up the wall, and were falling off and the wall behind them was disintegrating, and the tub had visible rust. The project started half a week earlier than originally planned but that was fine because Connor and Kolton had run into problems that made the project take a little longer anyway. They removed all the tile and put in drywall and a new floor, replaced the tub with one I now love, painted the room with a beautiful orange that really brightens up the room, replaced the two fluorescent tube lights with something more modern that I picked out, and installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling because I didn’t have one before. They even cleaned my cabinets and vanity to look better than they have in a long time. The team was always so polite and respectful and informed me whenever they ran into issues and there would be additional charges. I like that Steve did a walk through at the end and even though Connor had to come back for a couple minor things, I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel.

Very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable company. Steve and his crew listened to our vision and helped make our complete kitchen overhaul a reality. His employees were always polite and responsive to our questions, showed up early and made sure we were kept informed on their progress. We had several unexpected issues with plumbing and electrical after demolition that they made certain were addressed. They also made sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything in the end.

Couldnt get anyone to call me back. Actually stopped one of thier guys at the gas station one day and we talked. They are not good to their employees so i guess its a good thing i they never called me back.
