I had the Pleasure of meeting this Company Emily and Sam Moharam Owners< very nice Personalities but quite Slick,i Contract with them with a Deposit went back and forward for several months until i terminated the Contract on misrepresentation,i asked for my Deposit back and they added all these ridiculous Charges and end up giving me a Fourth of my Deposit, and renege on that with a NSF Check, Bad Business, Bad Company

Used this company 2 years ago to remodel my primary bathroom. They were sloppy, rude, and did an awful job! My shower leaked into my new closet and continued to leak into my crawl space. We couldn’t use it. Though Sam was nice- they told me they would reimburse me for my troubles and NEVER HELD UP THEIR END! We even signed on it! Should have wrote this last year to sway others sooner so I’m sorry. Please don’t use this company for your renovations!

I’ve been debating if to post this or not for literally two years. But everytime I use our shower, I am reminded I should. Overall, pricing was affordable. Sam for the most part was very pleasant. However, I guess you get what you pay for. My husband and I try to be understanding and compassionate but this experience was frustrating. Pleasantries can’t cover bad experiences or bad work. There was just too many mistakes. The wrong vanity was put in despite constant communication. We let it slide, shouldn’t have let that happen considering the rest of the issues. They ordered the wrong shower/bath fixture. Luckily, I noticed it didn’t have a tub option and let them know before they installed the wrong one yet again. The work was sloppy. Outlets were put in crooked. Drywall and paint were too messy. The sliding doors kept opening after a few weeks. My husband had to recaulk the tub and I’m pretty sure this was after Sam recaulked his guys already bad work. I don’t expect perfection. I get it, we’re human. However, I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a job and again, we let stuff slide already. Our bath/shower fixture was never installed correctly either. Sam said on multiple occasions he’d come and fix it but never did. So now we have a fancy fixture in our shower and the lights to it don’t work. At this point, it’s too late for a resolution However, I hope that their business approach has improved. I attached some photos of the paint issues. The paint doesn’t even meet the corners and the strokes were inconsistent. That’s just 2 small pieces of many issues.

I waited to make this review. This company did 2 complete bathroom remodels for me Initially we agreed on the project being a 2 week project. It took 6 weeks to do a full and half bathroom. Once the money was all paid. I have been having leaks that have turned into mold in my home. I have carpet damage flooring damage wall damage and I have tried for months to get them to come out and fix this but I have gotten strung along for MONTHS begging them to come and fix things. They were there for me at every call while I was paying them, but everything drastically changed. So as of tomorrow I am going to the courts to file a Lawsuit. I didn’t pay attention to the 5 reviews at the time. Those could have been relatively friends. I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I didn’t have too. The Owner places all the blame on his many workers and wife but he is the one who makes the contract and collects all the money. If I could show pictures I would. They did a poor job for $14,000. Now I have to shell out more money to someone else as well to take them to court. But if I have to pay, so will they. Work started in the end of April and finished in the end of June. The worst thing I did was go with this company. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. Oh and I was still waiting on them to call or text me back up until today 4-5 months of begging and chasing them. So be prepared once you pay them off don’t expect them to work with you if you have any problems once the job is done. I learned the hard way.

We needed tile installation on short notice since the washer and dryer were to be delivered in one week. Sam was able to send Chuck and Michael over the next day. They actually showed up early and worked until past what I would have considered quitting time on Friday. They returned on Saturday (on time again) and worked until the job was done. Very polite and made sure to clean up when all was done. Very nice result.

Professional, fast, affordable, great communication. They know their stuff! Willing to go above and beyond until the customer is happy. I LOVE my new bathroom and kitchen! My two new favorite rooms in my house.
