I received quotes from 2 different providers. I chose Yohan and Premiere Builders because of the time he spent with me really listening to what I wanted, taking detailed and thorough measurements, making suggestions, offering alternatives and answering every question I had. He kept in touch with me through out the ordering process with time frames and status. He was always available for any questions and always returned my phone calls the same day. He and his team worked quickly yet thoroughly. The quality of their work was absolutely exceptional! Yohan went way beyond every expectation I had. He coordinated with the other providers to make sure that the process went smoothly. Yohan even helped the other providers in doing their work! The overall experience was amazingly easy and smooth because of him. I am a customer for life and would highly recommend! Yohan as your PM and many thanks to all the Premiere Builders guys.

There are not words to describe how amazing my experience with Premier Builders was. First all I contacted three companies and they were the only one that even called me back! Shimi came out and I talked to him about my vision. He was incredibly honest and helpful and talked about where he felt we would get the most value. We agreed on the work to be done which included some plumbing work on our 100 year old house, a complete bathroom renovation and a new driveway. They were to start the following week and on Friday afternoon before they were to begin our 20+ year old a/c stopped working. We had work done on it previously and we’re just hoping it would last but it didn’t. I reached out to Shimi and by now it was 4:30 Friday and he said he would get back to me. Within an hour he called me back and said someone would come by with a portable unit and they would be there the next day (Saturday) to work on the a/c. The showed up before 9:00am and worked until 6:00pm installing a complete new system and it was less than the quote I had gotten 6 months earlier. AMAZING!!!!!! They were great with scheduling and communication. I don’t think there was a single day that someone didn’t show up to work. The work was done faster than we expected and the results are beautiful. They worked with my very tight budget. NEVER have I had such an amazing experience with a builder. I would not hesitate to call them for anything we need and cannot recommend them highly enough. Shimi, the project manager is the best!!!!!!

We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our master suite, and cannot recommend Premiere builders enough! From the demo crew, to the installers, every single member we encountered was incredibly professional and always on time. Yaron our project manager was able to simplify the process and offered a few different ways that answered our needs. communication was on point, they made sure the project was going the way we expected even when surprises arise. They made sure to work neatly and organized after them at the end of each day. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work that was done, exceeding our expectations! They did a great job on our bathroom – it turned out even better than we had hoped! Good price, awesome communication while it was in the works and it even stayed on schedule. We also got the tankless water heater installed during the process. Thanks so much for the great job! Everyone who came here to work were very professional and kept us in the loop on timing of each piece of the process. Special shout out to Shimi and Jordan for just generally being great to work with. THANK YOU PREMIERE BUILDERS!
