As an Interior Designer I knew trying to do a whole house renovation in Sarasota Florida from long distance would be difficult. I would need to find a quality contractor, reliable, honest and with some taste. I found all this and more with Royal Remodeling & Design. Stan started the process by carefully listening to our needs and goals and producing computer designs of our kitchen and bathrooms that clearly defined the project. Their showroom on Main Street downtown Sarasota allowed us to pick out all finishes at once including cabinets, quartz countertops, porcelain tile wood planks and other products to making sure the colors and textures flowed. He worked with us to find the perfect tile backsplash and fit in desired kitchen appliances. Vik, our project manager on the job, was patient, efficient and very detail oriented. Their subs and employes were all perfect craftsmen and we never doubted the quality of construction. Vik made sure we were aware of any problems and also made sure they were resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with our “new” home and our time trusting Royal Remodeling & Design. We highly recommend them.

Royal Remodeling and Design was amazing to work with from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry right away and listened to our needs. Stan and Lilly really helped show the vision in the design process and set clear expectations through and though. Vik was an amazing Project Manager. His team was very clean, polite and on time. Vik stuck to the timeline and budget and completed the project right on time. We could not be more happy with the outcome. Beautiful Fabuwood Cabinets, and Cambria Quartz countertops. porcelain wood plank flooring throughout. Custom banquet bench and even custom wall mounted lighting. We would absolutely hire this team again for another project. One of the better contractor experiences we’ve ever had.

Royal Remodeling & Design Guest Bath 2024 We recently contracted with Royal Remodel to update our 1980’s guest bathroom and are delighted with our choice of contractors. Although we kept the original footprint of the room, it now feels much more open and spacious. It is like our own little spa room. Stan and Vic were very helpful in selection of materials and execution of the project with the eye of an artist. Every member of their team took pride in their work and was willing to listen to our input and questions. Communication regarding the project was excellent. We always knew what to expect and who would be coming to the house. Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum and the area was always cleaned when the days work was completed. We would definitely contact Royal Remodeling & Design for future projects and highly recommend them with 5 stars

Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. Stan was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. Vic managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and i being Canadian own a 2nd home in Sarasota since 2010. We have decided to renovate our home in June of 2023. We looked at several design companies to do a full kitchen remodel and new porcelain tile wood plank flooring throughout the house and other minor things. We wanted to pick a company that was reliable, trust worthy, has great credibility and most important that we are comfortable working with the company. It was important that they would be able to work independently and take care of the property for us while we were not at the house. I’m a custom builder, developer and a tract builder in Canada for 45 years. I have built and renovated many homes through my company in Canada. We also have a large property management company. So picking a company in Florida that would meet our expectations and standards is very important to me and my wife. I am still engaged in my business with my 3 kids all working in our company, we are a family business. We picked Royal Remodeling & Design because they are a family business and they have all the commitment, dedication, social skills and understanding on being responsible, by doing high quality work with best costumer service. Royal Remodeling & Design just completed the renovations in our Sarasota home in September. With the deadline as expected and their work was exceptional. They were always keeping us informed via emails, FaceTimes, text and were always available immediately by phone while we were back in Canada. We never had to come to Florida to check on the work they were doing. They had their dustless demo crew, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, painters, cabinet installers do exceptional work. Once completed they moved everything back in proper order and everything was spotless. We are very pleased and satisfied with Stan, Vik and all Royal Remolding & Design team. We recently moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area and purchased a home in UPCC. We chose Royal Remodeling and Design to redesign and remodel our kitchen and laundry room. We are very happy with the end result and when the time comes we will use them again to remodel our bathrooms. As new residents to the SRQ/BDN area we spent a lot of time researching local remodeling companies. Having previously remodeled a couple of kitchens and baths we knew we wanted to work with a company that was full service, honest, professional, responsive, friendly and fair priced. We asked friends and neighbors for recommendations and searched the internet and social media for positive reviews. The excellent reviews for Stan and Vik at Royal Remodeling and Design on social media and Houzz landed them high on our list of candidates. The first thing that impressed us with Royal Remodeling and Design was Stan’s sincere and personal approach right from the start. Stan is busy but he returned our call within the same day and listened to our wants and concerns as well as reasoning behind our project budget. He gave us information regarding past jobs, the makeup of the company and their values. Soon after that we had our first in-person appointment at our home. Stan treated us like our job was his project already. He toured our space and reviewed our initial wishlist. He gave us a few ideas, options and suggestions based upon our style, space and budget. He also provided some general project timelines and estimates yet he never made us feel pressured. As part of our initial in home meeting, Stan took measurements so he could draft a plan based upon our discussions. We scheduled a followup appointment in their downtown Sarasota showroom to review the plans the next week. The RRD showroom is well stocked with semi custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and colors as well as tile and flooring options, cabinet hardware and countertop samples. Even better, Stan had taken our ideas and prepared a plan which also included basic pricing. We did have a few changes but Stan handled them with patience and got us what we wanted. Almost like a Genie 😉 By the second meeting we were confident in the direction the project was heading and we confirmed we would be using RRD. We set up one additional appointment at their showroom on Main Street. Stan and his sister Lili helped us finalize our plan and make the remaining design selections including our beautiful Cambria Quartz countertops. Once we were set with the final plans and contract, Stan made another appointment at our home to review our design and go over the technical aspect with his business partner Vik, who is in charge bringing the project to life. Once the project started the Royal Remodeling and Design team kept us informed all the way. They put together a project group text and we were always kept up to date on what was going on as well as being able to ask questions. There were very few delays or setbacks and the project flowed seamlessly from day one. We were able to live in our home during the process and they worked very hard to keep things orderly. The entire team was neat, on time and very knowledgable. Every sub contractor they used was skilled and worked together almost like family. They finished the project on time and we are thrilled with every aspect. The communication, the care and the quality are all evident. The transformation is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Looking back on the process, I am reminded of the analogy Vik shared with us at some point in the project stating that he and Stan are like the two wings on on a plane and we agree.
