Kirkplan designed and refitted our entire kitchen about 8-9 years ago, and the result was stunning. We couldn’t have been happier and have since recommended them to several of our neighbors, all of whom have had great results as well. Two weeks ago, a piece of granite behind the cooker top dropped down and broke the electrical connection box. I immediately called Kirkplan to ask for advice and was connected to Ken, the customer service representative. I explained the issue and was asked to send an email with pictures, which I did promptly. Ken called us back the same day to let us know that the company leadership at Kirkplan was looking into this and asked us to standby. The next day, Ken called again to schedule an appointment within the next week for an expert from Coastal Granite to come out and assess/fix the issue. The appointment happened on on-time, and the gentleman from Coastal Granite was very knowledgeable, diagnosing and discussing the situation with me before completing a successful permanent repair. He even cleaned up after his work, leaving no trace behind. Following this, Ken made more follow-up calls to check on the granite work and to schedule an appointment for the electrician to replace the broken connection box, which was successfully completed yesterday by Kirkplan’ s own repair expert, Bill. The entire process took about 2 weeks. In conclusion, Kirkplan provided first-class customer service. They stood by the quality of their initial installation work and fixed our issue with no quibbles or cost to us. It definitely pays to work with such a well-respected company, and I look forward to recommending them to others, and working with them again on other projects.

I was in need of a new guest bath, & am thrilled with my decision to go with Kirkplan. Stan was my general manager, & to say he was “on top of my project” is an understatement! His communication throughout the project was amazing, & the professional contractors that came into my home were top notch! They showed up on time- every time! Can’t say enough good about Kirkplan, & am recommending to anyone in need of a remodel!

Kirkplan Kitchens did an amazing job on our beautiful kitchen and bathrooms ..the installers did an amazing job and the staff were friendly and helpful .They have a beautiful showroom with endless options .I highly recommend them .

RUN! Don’t walk! From beginning to end it was a nightmare. Month after month after month trying to do one bathroom, floor was not included. This is an honest review every person I have talked to that is has business with Kirkplan feels the same way find someone else! For some reason people are afraid to leave a poor review

I can attest to this, we just had Kirkplan remodel our kitchen and we love it. Kirkplan is great, from customer service and design consult (Kate), Sales and design (Todd), measurements and ordering (Chris), project mgmt (Jim), install (Tyler and Austin), Cambria/granite CAD design, cutting and install (Coastal Granite- Roxanne, Todd and Mike), to the finale, aka payment (Bill). My kitchen cabinets were in really good condition, just old. Kirkplan personel made them look just like new. We’re really impressed regarding speed, efficiency and Quality. Mike led the install and is a seasoned professional and did so with minimal inconvenience. I would recommend this group to anyone. Now awaiting the countertops. When installed the kitchen will be basically brand new! I want to highlight the overseer of the project, another seasoned pro that made this whole project a really nice experience. Thank you, Scott. We were very pleased with our bathroom shower/tub conversion to a walk-in shower. The workmanship and communications were excellent from the initial sales call, design and showroom personnel, project manager, plumbers and tilers throughout the project. We highly recommend them and would definetly use them again.

Kirkplan remodeled our master bath and an adjoining room. Many tradesmen were on site; all were polite, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. After removing a garden tub, shower, sliding door, floor and wall tile, they installed new tile, baseboards and a large glass walled, no-barrier shower. Kirkplan built a custom cabinet that exactly matched our existing cabinets. The tile installation on the floors and walls was beautiful and speedily done. Our project manager, Antonio Pinelli (Nino) repeatedly went the extra mile to make sure things happened when they should and that we were happy. He was quickly responsive to our questions and concerns. Could not ask for better!
