They did a beautiful job on my kitchen remodel. The whole team was great. Two years later 2 of my kitchen lights went out the day before Easter and Gary had an electrician at my house within hours to fix. Now there will be light to cook Easter dinner. You are awesome!!! Thank You

KAS is the most legitimate construction company I have ever worked with. They remodeled our kitchen and guest bath in 2021 and the final results are nothing short of breathtaking. We waited about 18 months to write this review just to make sure that nothing came up after construction that would constitute a problem. So far, soooo good. Shannon is the man, he operates on a different level. After our quartz countertop was installed he came by to inspect. He ran his forefinger across every square inch and found a few rough patches. He made the installers come back and fix it the next day. We had a worker with a ladder damage the glass (accidentally) on our front door. Shannon had the glass repaired completely within 48 hours. The things you would expect a contractor to get right, they always did. But, the little things… that’s where KAS dominates. Danica was instrumental during the design along with Gary and I felt like they never told us no, only pointed out when the things we were asking for could present problems. These guys don’t need the hard sell, their work speaks for itself. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.Our kitchen is so great, it was recently featured in a county-wide commercial!

The team at KAS construction is the best in the business. Reviews mean a lot to us when choosing someone to trust so I hope this helps someone who is in search of a contractor. From the moment Gary of KAS arrived at our very outdated 1980’s house purchase his confidence and knowledge put as ease. We needed a complete down to the studs interior remodel. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, flooring, electrical, plumbing etc…. We are more than happy with the final project and proud to show off our new home. Thanks to Shannon, John & Danica as well for all their communication and contributions to the project.

I LOVE my New “Sparkle Kitchen” by KAS Construction! When Gary came to my condo, what I thought was going to be just another quote turned into a Vision of something I had no idea was even possible. He is Top-Notch! Gary and Danica and Shannon are the Best! From the first day of demo through several months of their team working, efficient clean workspaces, changes in the project were not a problem when I eliminated a cabinet. In addition, my dishwasher was on back order and Gary’s team came back to ensure it was installed correctly. And Gary, “I love my Island Microwave” YES you were spot-on. Danica, you are excellent and I appreciate your expertise on design recommendations, communication & extra touches. Shannon: the man behind the work, just Wow, Thank You! If you want Quality work; you need to hire the best and be worry-free.

tried to get a quote for a home addition (800sq ft.) but apparently they’re too busy. Additionally they lost out on an additional 150-200K in renovation and remodeling that will be done….. so sad… they came recommended from a friend with a much smaller project… maybe they;’re not equipped to handle large jobs…

We are two weeks into the remodel of our kitchen and dining room, and are very pleased with the work that KAS Construction/Renovations Home Center has performed so far. From Gary the owner, to Danica the designer, and Shannon, Charlie, and the team in construction we feel great about our decision to go with KAS. The people we’ve had working our home have been professional and respectful. Any challenges in the remodel have been met with thoughtful and creative solutions. We feel confident in the team, and the quality of workmanship is already showing through. Of course, we are excited and totally looking forward to the end result, but thanks to the team at KAS Construction/Renovations Home Center the process itself has been remarkably smooth.

I selected Gary Clark of Home Renovations and KAS Construction to fully remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms. I received other bids from three local contractors. I’m very pleased with my choice. Gary and his staff of Danica, Shannon and Charlie showed attention to detail and a high level of integrity The craftsmanship and installation exceeded my expectations.
